Hash imports is fantastic! Always helpful! I've been taking my Audi Q7 here for oil changes. Then! My actuator for my gas tank door malfunctioned! Ugh! My car was in Carmel zero miles to empty. Hash said they can fix it! I made it to Hash and they fixed it for significantly less than the dealer (obviously). The service is phenomenal! Wow, what a great car repair place! We're so glad to find a spot to take the 1962 MGA Mark II. We got new tires from Tire Rack but they couldn't find a place where the tires could be shipped as nobody could do a tire change for a car with wire wheels... until they found Hash. Tire Rack said they had a really good feeling about Hash after talking to them. They were scheduling a month out but worked us in within the week and we are so grateful. (Emilie, you might consider learning to tolerate those who don't share your opinions. Your stickers may not be the reason you had a less than satisfactory experience. Brought in a 2021 Audi Q5 with check engine light on. Original diagnosis was a faulty coolant temperature sensor. After spending over $1500 including a new water pump, check en fine still on. Took it back in, it was looked at and light still on. They suggested an additional service for about $260 to fix the problem that should have been done the first time. So they gladly took my money and now want more. I found another shop to complete their shoddy service. Zero stars from me. read more

Hash told me that the warranty adjuster rejected a warranty claim for a failed transmission - when in reality he forgot to start the claim with insurance, and then told the insurance adjuster NOT TO BOTHER LOOKING AT THE VEHICLE BECAUSE THE WORK WAS ALREADY COMPLETED AND HE NO LONGER HAD THE OLD PART. This company seemed so great at first. He said he deals with warranty ALL the time and he needed to FILE THE CLAIM BEFORE HE STARTED THE WORK. He didn't call warranty until AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE. Now he told me he is going to put the old transmission back in!!! lol thought you didn't have it!!! Crazy that the OWNER wasn't around... even though it was James Hash - on the website - founder and president? yelling at my husband? Now they won't give me the vehicle back, even though I never authorized work to be done until the warranty claim was submitted and approved. read more

I'm really disappointed in the way Hash motors completely took my money and didn't fix my car . I went in for an air conditioner problem they took my key never came out to tell me what the service would be then 40min later hands my key back and tells me everything is ok and fixed. Get in my vehicle and I have the same problem. never leaving the lot go back in they come out recognize there's a problem . Then insults me , argues with me then refuse to take responsibility for thier mistakes and also refuse to give back my money. The work on my 2015 Rover hasn't even been done yet, but the experience dealing with both Mike and Josh has been nothing but positive. The dealership gave me a bid of $6,500 to replace the entire wiring harness in the engine. I've learned from Josh that one small part can be replaced for $1,000 rather than the whole blasted thing!! What a great service center this is. Like a breath of fresh air compared to its competition. They do the job right and at a price that always seems surprisingly fair. They must have techs with great training and experience back in the shop because they've tackled tricky jobs on my three ridiculously complicated cars. Took 2 days for a "simple" (their words) car horn repair and I had to call to check in because they weren't calling me to let me know anything. Pretty sure they treated me poorly because of the Biden and pride stickers on my car (Fox news was playing in the office). It was just overall a terrible experience and I didn't have a good interaction with any of the men I spoke with. Will never go back and would give 0 stars if I could. Took my wife's car in that was having some brake light issues. I got a call a few days later since it was over holidays and they told me exactly what was wrong with it and how much it would cost. They were very transparent and very accurate with the pricing on the initial call. I did call back after a week to get an update but they told me the parts were still awaiting arrival. Import cars are their own beasts, and it can be tough to find a reliable and trustworthy shop, especially as the cars age. Hash has been amazing. Josh and Mike and the rest of the team are incredibly customer-focused, provide honest feedback in diagnostic of concerns, and offer multiple solutions. They will even tell you when NOT to replace something. In one example, I had a noise in my frontend when braking. They diagnosed it as loosely fitting aftermarket brake pads clunking when re-seating in the caliper, and advised it was optional to replace at this time. I opted to replace them anyhow, but that type of honesty is missing from many shops. In another example, they replaced my transmission with a used unit with half the miles of the unit the dealer was able to source--and at significant savings. They also proactively replaced seals and such while everything was taken apart. I was back on the road in a few days. Getting work done on an import is hard work, and I trust the team at Hash to take care of us. If your dealer seems to be all about selling you a new car when you bring your 5+ year old import in, maybe it's time to make a switch! We'll definitely be back. read more

These guys are the only mechanics I know of who will actually tell you when you don't need to replace something or when something can wait. They are honest and their prices are very fair. I've brought 2 of my cars here and both were returned to me in worse shape than I left them! I tried to get over it because of the great reviews I read about Hash, but one was returned with a nail in the tire causing it to go flat on the way home, the second I brought in running fine but with the check engine light on, but when I went to pick it up it didn't run anymore! I couldn't even drive it home and was told there was nothing they could do to fix it, and to pay up and tow it away. So frustrating!! read more

These guys are great - love it when a mechanic is really honest with you about whether or not an issue REALLY needs to be fixed. These guys do such great work that they don't need to talk people into spending money unnecessarily. The sign of a good mechanic is that you don't have to see them very often. I had a really old VW bug with a lot of issues before I started going to them, and anytime I brought them my car, they had it fixed - for good.
