What a wonderful service for a great price! I had scoured Yelp for windshield replacement guys, and I was constantly getting quoted $400+ for my BMW windshield (has a rain sensor and green tint that is no longer available). Called Alex and he was able to get me a new windshield for $200~ on MY time. He wasn't physically there for the windshield change, but two of his guys came to my office and did it right there in the employee parking lot. A max of 30 minutes, and they did a superb job. 1/7/14 Alex was a pleasure to deal with. He runs a mobile operation, so he will come to you. At first, i thought his $50 fee was high, but its fair when compared to other local auto glass repair shops. Windshield wonder quoted me $70, and Riverside Body & Fender Works quoted me $90 (i found all three shops on yelp). i decided to give autoglass works a try base on the sole 5star review and i dont regret it. Neither will you, give him a try! 7/12/15 Again, what a pleasure! Alex is a very honest businessman, he informed me that my chip was minor and wasn't going to expand to something bigger. A true test of a service or product's quality is how a problem gets resolved. I had a great experience getting my windshield replaced for a long crack. Alex is responsive on the phone, the price was truly reasonable, and the work was done quickly. After the first rainstorm from the repair, I found water on my floor mat. I called Alex and he found the leak and fixed it immediately. His shop is old school and nothing fancy, but I love that. Alex and his team are organized, professional, and he stands behind his work. If I need any auto glass work, I will return to his shop. If you're in the Newark area, I recommend you get a quote from him if you need any work. Highly recommend! I had a small crack in my windshield, and called to have it repaired. Alex came to my house the next day at a time that was convenient for me, and in what seemed like no time at all, my windshield was repaired -- and at a very reasonable price!
