I had an appointment from 9-11 am. No one came. Around 11:30 they call me to tell me they are 30 mins away. I asked them why didn't they communicate as I have other obligations. I made sure to be home at the time being that I was coming from work and I sat in my car for 2 hours waiting for them and they never showed. 12:30 they still didn't come they are calling me trying to confirm my address when that information was communicated the day prior. After so much delay making me late to other obligations I asked them to cancel as they had no regards to my time and no accountability. Things happen, delays happen but you have to communicate. They offered me a $25 discount which I thought was a slap in the face. I was about to spend $600. I told them to forget it, I was going to do business with them because I was referred to them but the experience was so bitter that I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. A lady calls me back asking me if I'm sure I want to cancel I said yes because they don't respect me nor my time. I informed her I will fix my window elsewhere. She refused to take accountability then tells me "f you b*tch". I hung up. I never rose my voice at her, I never cursed at her. I picked up my son from school last night and as we were driving out of the parking lot, our windshield got hit by a soccer ball! Very pleased with David & Fernando from SAFE AUTO GLASS! He kept in touch with me throughout the day and showed up when he said he would! And he was all done in less than 30 minutes! I had called my insurance and they stated all the glass is made in the same factory, it doesn't matter if the dealership installs or any other company. Terrible experience, booked Friday - pushed out to Tuesday with cancelations. Spoke with someone in the morning, and proceeded to call 4 more times each time having some say they'll call me back in 30 minutes with no response. Finally ended with an associate "daniel" being incredible rude, getting an attitude, and hanging up. DO NOT BOOK YOUR REPAIR WITH THEM! They came out to do a repair on 08/02/25 and we paid before completion over $300 because we did not know if we'd be back in time before the technician did his job. He said he would send pictures upon completion but never did. That is because he left a cracked WINDHSIELD . We called immediately when we found out, and since the. Had been given longs about what the solution would be. Kept saying that they haven't heard from their boss yet. I call Wednesday ( 4 days after installation) at this point I'm asking for a refund because they have been saying theyd get back to me and never did. The rep says " I can't give you a refund I would have to escalate that to the ones higher above me to do so.." They offered a discount, for what I don't know since they didn't install the windhield correctly in the first place. And it's not like I was going to pay AGAIN for them to install it. They kept arguing that the technician said the installation was done correctly and that they would never lie about this kind of thing, assuming that we were the liars and that we misted cracked the windshield again. They HUNG. Up on me twice because I stated that this had to be the WORST customer service I've ever gotten and I would lite never recommend them to anyone. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY WITH SUCH A SHITTY COMPANY AND WORST COSTUMER SERVICE . LITERALLY THE WORST OF THE WORST. I really hate writing reviews, especially ones that the owner comes on to try to defend their bad practices. So on Thursday, the 8th, reach out to Safe Auto Glass to fix my broken window. The tech came out to fix it, but couldn't at first, as I watched him struggle. Then he decided to take my door apart to replace the glass. While doing this, he didn't reinstall the door locking mechanism. I found out on Tuesday when I was turning my alarm the door wasnt locking and here comes the crazy part , I requested a tech to come out tuesday since my car is not secured they told me they couldnt but will send someone out wensday to my job , so I touch base wensday morning to find out another excuse that the tech van broke down and they couldnt pull another technitian to cover the job so after arguing to get me the manager number finaly got it , spoke to some lady she said the tech will be out today between 9-11 and when i saw the time getting close to 10am and no tech call , I reach out to them and they were giving another set excuse about how life sometimes things happen but not realising that this is the thir time they are making excuses.. im waiting for the tech to arrive because I told them he has to be here by 11am or I will be taking my car directly to their shop to get my refund and I will update this review also I have images to share and call s time stamp when calling these folks just to make sure their owner doesnt come on the review and say he doesnt know what I am talking about.. please stay away and save yourself the heart ache and arguments because these folks shouldnt be trusted ... read more

Alex texted me at 1159am saying "this is Alex from Safe auto Glass....nothing else. I was in shower, but i responded when i got out. He did not reply at all...I texted him 1:47 pm asking what was going on, and got again, no reply. He did not even read my texts until 3:20 PM He then called at 33 saying he was not going to make it...Made me waste a day then had to spend 20 minutes on phone disputing the charge they made to my credit card..TERRIBLE COMPANY read more

The worst company I have ever worked with. They replaced my rear window of my Forester and damaged the hatch very badly. I sent before and after pictures. they said they would fix the damage but needed to order the part and would call me in a few days. Never heard back so I called and they said they were still trying to get the part. They never called back. I suggested they refund my money and I would have the Hatch fixed myself. They said they would call back in 10 minutes but no call. When I called back they said they could not give me a refund and that was the last I have heard. I would take to small claims court, but I don't live nearby nor the time read more

Safelite was unable to fix my window for several days, so I called Safe Auto Glass. They CLAIMED they could come out the next day. They were highly responsive and spoke with my insurance company to make sure everything was covered, and there wouldn't be any out-of-pocket cost to me and they would take care of submitting the paperwork. After the window they provided to come out to fix the window closed, they were impossible to get a hold of. No response to texts; no response to voice mails. Until...they said would be at the house between 6:30 and 6:45 (2.5 hours after they said they would be). But, they still didn't show up, and they did not respond to texts of calls. The next day they said they couldn't submit the paperwork/bill to the insurance and weren't able to come out. Avoid this place like the plague. read more

Never...NEVER pay a company upfront and IN FULL before they perform a service. Safe Auto Glass requires this and after my experience with them, I understand why. Jon takes your money and then you never hear from him again. Instead you have to deal with 3rd party contractors who couldn't care less about their level of service. From waiting around all day (they didn't show until 7pm when my appointment time was between 12-3...avoiding my calls and barely speaking English when we did speak) to them going to the wrong address, to the techs leaving trash in my driveway including A STRAIGHT RAZOR, I was nothing short of disappointed and disgusted. My windshield does not look perfect as I can now see the foam lining from the windshield prior. There's nothing special about this company or their prices. I chose them because they had a couple good reviews. Now I have to take it someplace else to make sure it is accurately fitted. I feel compelled to inform future potential customers that this business is not worth working with. Move on to someone else!!! read more
