II had a 7 year old car that was leaking rain water through the windshield. I called Supreme based on the high yelp ratings. Ed the owner told me that I didn't necessarily need a new windshield, that it could be a fix less expensive. I liked him already. He came to my house the next day and poured water on the windshield and told me I needed a new windshield, that he can come tomorrow anytime after 12:30pm, and that it would take one hour and that it would cost about $300 total. I asked him to come at 3pm. The next day he showed up at my home on time. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes to fix and cost $296. It has rained hard twice and no leaking . First, Ed was very responsive to a quote request for a windshield replacement and answering my questions re: process and scheduling. Always great to get things done online. Plus he was more affordable than the national chains. Second, on the day of the appointment, he texted me that he was half an hour away and would arrive shortly. When he arrived, he showed me the replacement glass and got to work. He was finished in about an hour. The car and the work area were clean both inside and out. Ed was great! He went above and beyond. Not only replaced the glass on my SUV, but fixed a leak around the windshield which was causing my headliner to get wet! And provided extra seals around so it doesnt get anymore wetness on the inside. He also cleaned the stain on the headliner! 6 stars if I could! read more
