I have had nothing but issues for over a year with Alpine Home Medical in Logan. They messed up my order several times. Then they tried to charge me rental when it was a purchase. When It went for my set up the guy showing me my new machine was super rude and snarky with me. They are unable to provide you with almost any equipment in store. If you want to purchase in store they won't process through insurance Most companies f the staff is grumpy and has an attitude. I had never had issues with my previous cpap provider but my insurance wasn't using them anymore. Alpine has now purchased Cache Valley oxygen so my last option was Advantage home medical. They have been great to work with. And if you like to get 3 calls a day from Alpine asking if you want new supplies they will call you non stop!!
