Today, when going to pick up Rx's called in almost four hours previously, after waiting for 15 minutes for the car ahead of me, ours weren't ready and I was instructed to circle around and get into the back of the line. After waiting an additional 15 minutes the other car still had not moved, I went inside. My one Rx was ready but I would need to come back Monday for the other one. I asked the girl why she had me move to the back of the line, so three more cars ahead of me, but the car at the window had now been there 20 minutes. Her flippant response was outrageous! First, they are closed more often than open. Closed at 7pm, closed on the weekend, plus randomly closed at any given time. Second, don't expect to try and call with any questions or concerns. They stopped answering the phone about a month ago, like ever. You'll wait on hold for 30 minutes before giving up. When I ask about the phone in person, I'm told they are too understaffed to answer the phone or there is some "mysterious issue" with the phone lines they are trying to figure out. Lastly, It's a huge hassle EVERY month to get my medication refilled. There is always some problem or another that takes me several trips to the location. To get ironed out. Usually taking a week or more to finally get them refilled I have been a Walgreens customer for a more than a decade, but that is now over. I have requested ALL my medications to be transferred to Walmart immediately! Walgreens has lost my business permanently.
