She tried to explain what happen, I kept asking for paper work or an updated invoice and she finally put me on hold, I let the phone sit for 15 minutes and she never came back.

They definitely do not know what they are doing, and their sleep central ordering is ridiculous. If I could change vendor I would, in a heartbeat. I can't imagine anyone else is as bad as this is.

(the last time, the employees were involved in a pizza party.) I called Sleep Central, a company which fills the orders for VHM. They had never received an order for my husband, although his name and info had been entered into their computer. Sleep Central called VHM, and was told rudely that VHM doesn't take orders for supplies. I also use a C-pap machine, and have ordered supplies there in the past with good results. No idea what's going on there now, but i have no plans to go back and find out. Step up, VHM, or you're going to lose all your customers.

Most drug stores are lacking when it comes to natural light. Great open layout, with all the typical drugstore goodies. Oh yeah, and a huge parking lot - by drugstore standards. I prefer CVS when it comes to eye glasses. I burn through reading glasses...that is to say I break them and lose them...and CVS has the large variety at reasonable prices. Nice pharmacy with 3 pickup windows as well as a drive thru to keep your wait to a minimum...if at all. The pharmacy is open until 9pm on weekdays, and 6pm on weekends. Employees are friendly and helpful. One actually approached me and asked me if I needed help locating anything. That rarely happens anymore. So refreshing!
