They had never received an order for my husband, although his name and info had been entered into their computer. Sleep Central called VHM, and was told rudely that VHM doesn't take orders for supplies. I also use a C-pap machine, and have ordered supplies there in the past with good results. No idea what's going on there now, but i have no plans to go back and find out. Step up, VHM, or you're going to lose all your customers.
