Its quite a drive for me being down on 95th street so wanted to check before making the trek down After pulling into the parking lot, I went into the lobby area where I was quickly tended to. The associate took my name and phone number down and I was placed into an online queue that was texted to me. This link gives you a live status of your visit, including estimated service completion time (apparent its a newer system and can be inaccurate, was the case for me, seems to overestimate) After waiting about 15 mins, they called me up to ask what service im looking to do and recorded some info to set up a profile. Then sat back down to wait until my vehicle and tires could be taken a look at by the technicians, which was shortly after (wasnt too busy this morning fortunately) They seemed to be working on 4 to 5 vehicles at a time max. Ultimately the service itself took about an hour (longer than i thought), so overall i spent about 90 mins here to get my flat fixed free of charge, which im pretty satisfied with. I expected to need to wait a lot longer especially with free services being offered, which Id imagine can be the case on busier days/times of day so something to be wary of and plan for. They accept appointments as well so thats always an option Everything from arrival to servicing to leaving felt seamless - the attention, communication, and quality of service was spot on and I felt cared for during my visit (they even offered bottles of water for everyone waiting in the lobby :'). I could tell the staff here are trained in customer service from observing the interactions with other patrons while waiting, in addition to my own personal experience of course

I ask how much because of slight language barrier I think the lady is saying $17 but she was actually saying $70. What ? For a repair? She proceeds to tell me $70 because he replaced my tire. So I said you changed my tire without consulting me? His only response was that I had a big hole in my tire do I want to see. Who just puts a a different tire on your car without asking unless they're trying to rip you off. Be very careful of the service you're getting and be very clear what you want done and notified before you do it.

He then said I would have to go to a mechanic to get a lug nut and strut put on. I was skeptical about driving it since I had just watched him literally pry my spare off with a crowbar. He reassured me that everything was fine. While I was driving the tire made a huge thud noise and it locked up causing my car to come to a complete and sudden stop in the middle of traffic. The car would not move. I then called the shop back explaining what happened and one of the workers told me the owner stepped out but he could give me a tow truck number. I got the car towed to my mechanic and when I called the shop back to express my concern as to why I was told it was ok to drive the owner told me it was not his problem. How is is not his problem when after him destroying my lug nut and strut this happened? On top of the cost of the tow I now have to pay my mechanic. Horrible experience and I wish I had a way to hold this man accountable. I hope Karma gets your ass!
