I called them, told them my problem and they said come right in and said they would first: see if my PC could be fixed and, if not, second: load my laptop. I actually thought the business was closed. When two of the employees/owner eventually came out, they looked at me rather confused, then looked at each other, then back at me as if I was an idiot or something. They asked what I wanted and then informed me that they do not work on everyday computers. They only do work for businesses.
