I needed a 20x24 on foam board sign printed from a Etsy jpeg image I purchased. I was having trouble sending it to them at a large enough file size. They were kind enough to walk me through my computer issues to get them the size they needed. Which most companies wouldn't have spent time doing. When they had the image they needed, they quickly had my sign printed. The quality was the best it comes. My foam board sign made the 50th Wedding Anniversary party extra special. My previous review of this company was penned A) following my first order B) when the biz was located in the warehouse district and C) when the owner, Tami, was working with a different employee. Time to update and state that, five years later, this company remains as good as it gets. First and foremost, they don't bullsh*t. When you call/message/text/stop by, they're going to be realistic about what they can and cannot create, and you'll get a realistic ETA. Second, the product always shines. I've ordered everything from banners and signage to printed materials and stickers, it's all very, very Good. And third, this is my favorite aspect of the biz: they're amazing community partners. Over the years, they've provided plenty of materials and support to local businesses, most evidenced by so many restaurants that proudly posted their un-gender-specific bathroom signage that, honestly, couldn't be better stated. I needed what I thought was a simple print job for some diagrams, so I called in and explained that I was looking for whatever made most sense to be able to view the diagrams. Tommy asked me to send over the files, and after taking a look at them he recommended me some size information, and even advised that this shop was probably not the best fit for what I'm seeking, then recommended me elsewhere, which was able to help! They mostly specialize in high-quality, large format banners, signage, and giclee/fine art prints, so if you're looking for the good stuff this is the place to go. They're also great about providing a referral to other local businesses if you need something and they're not quite the right fit, and give back a ton to the community. I came across A Good Sign as a referral from a fellow fine art printer. I needed archival quality, glicee art prints for my mother's artwork. We had tried a few other places in town, and the quality was subpar at best. Since the referral came from another local artist, I had high hopes and I was DEFINITELY NOT DISAPPOINTED. Tami and her partner (?) Ella are the dynamic duo of fine art printing. My mom works in pencil and pastel and there are sometimes little smudges and marks. They digitally scanned the pics, cleaned them up, then printed in the highest resolution I have ever seen. They also printed in different sizes as required. Oh! They can also do canvas wrap printing. Bottom line - all of the work looks like it could be the original work. My mom says with their digital "clean-up" and color correction, sometimes they even look better. Their quality and quickness has helped my mom's business succeed. And their friendly attitude make us come back for ALL of our printing needs. This was my first time needing a print job for digital art. I was totally unsure about what I needed but I knew this was not a Costco job. I went to yelp in search for some guidance. Thankfully I was put on the right path! I contacted them and Tami sent me an immediate response going over their services. She was super detailed in the process and explained how I should send the document over. We sent each other emails back and forth and she helped me figure out the best way to crop my image for printing. So extremely helpful. She offered to work with my image to help get it to where it needed to be. That kind of personal touch really adds to the experience. She pretty much did a rush order for me since I needed this print for a present which was very much appreciated! When I came to pick up my print it was there ready to go in all its colorful glory.
