******UPDATE***********March 4, 2020 I assumed from the reviews that this business was also open to everyone, your average customer. Upon arriving, no one seemed to be present. I actually thought the business was closed. When two of the employees/owner eventually came out, they looked at me rather confused, then looked at each other, then back at me as if I was an idiot or something. They asked what I wanted and then informed me that they do not work on everyday computers. They only do work for businesses. Well........from the looks of their office, they might want to reconsider going back to the average "Joe" I had to give a Star even though I didn't get my computer looked at. 1 Star solely based on interaction. read more

Tried to upgrade my 5-year old Dell PC with new RAM and solid state hard disk and Windows 10. Shouldn't have bothered: From now on, I will bring my it to Sean at 4Leet. (Yes, they work on Macs, too.) I had no previous relationship with this company. On a Friday morning, I searched "computer repair" on Google Maps and none of the businesses answered their phones. I drove to Computer Guru (on Agua Fria), but they are only open 3 days a week, and Fridays aren't one of them. So I drove to 4Leet, which is in the Kiva Center on Cerrillos. I was warmly greeted by Nina who couldn't have offered better customer service. Then Sean jumped right on my problem and was willing to work on it while I waited. But I decided to come back the next day. Sean went above and beyond the call of duty: He had some of his own RAM he sold me, installed my new hard disk (that I bought elsewhere), installed Windows 10 and made my system dual-bootable with Windows 7. It's really great to know there are still good old-fashioned computer stores staffed by honest geeks who can repair anything. read more

A friendly, hardworking team of experts! I called them to see if they could take a look at my Mac (which had totally died), and they told me to come right in. They started working on it as soon as I arrived (which was about fifteen minutes later), and they were great about communicating technical issues to someone (me) who isn't all that computer-savvy. Great team. Very knowledgeable! My personal favorite tech there is Buck. I swear on everything that is holy there is no problem too big that he can't fix, and if he can't fix it then God himself couldn't fix it. I had all my photos, programs, work on my laptop. It held everything near and dear to me. He was able to transfer everything. From my work to my cs4 program that I paid 1500 for. It is a very expensive program. That man I swear did magic cause everything was saved and moved safely from the old laptop to the new one. I felt like he genuinely was concerned and cared about my problem. It was very personal to me and I felt like he genuinely could see that. When it comes down to it though it's the entire team that pulls together and works wonderfully. I think it's important when you have things that mean a lot to you take them to a person or a team that you can trust. I'm the kind of person that shops around for people I can trust. Buck came highly recommended from quite a few friends and family. A few of them have their own businesses that 4leet does their managed IT for, and they couldn't be happier with their services especially Buck. We always kept hearing you need to get that computer to Buck Schwarz . If he can't fix it no one can. That data that was saved was so important to me. So many things that were work-related that I thought were lost he saved. I really thought I was going to have to write some of these reports over. On the Friday after Thanksgiving my PC crashed. I was beside myself. My usual repair shops was closed for the four day weekend. In desperation I called a big box store to get a replacement laptop hoping their repair personnel would take my back-up and load it on the laptop. No way. Then, while eating lunch, I saw an ad for 4Leet. I called them, told them my problem and they said come right in and said they would first: see if my PC could be fixed and, if not, second: load my laptop. Well, that afternoon they saw I needed a new hard drive on my PC, put one in and loaded my backup onto the newly installed hard drive. I returned my new laptop. Sean and his team are fantastic. Always able to help. Sean built my desktop three years ago and it has been a fantastic computer. I cannot use a laptop because of rheumatoid arthritis, so I need the larger computer with ergonomic keyboard and mouse. Every time I have had a problem, I call and they fix it over the phone. Recently my ISP tried to perform a simple function to reconnect my e-mail. They deleted my e-mail address, and, in the process, managed to lose all of my Quicken, music, and saved Word files. Timothy was very patient and had my computer up and running within twenty minutes. The previous day I spent an hour on the phone with my ISP and four technicians, who only managed to create a huge problem. Timothy solved my problems and I am grateful to pay for such service. My ISP gave me a credit for such poor service. 4Leet gets my vote every time. read more

I really appreciate the service I received at 4leet for my Mac laptop. The tech was extremely friendly and helpful. He knew how important it was for me to be able to get online to try and solve my software problems so I could get back to work. He even stayed after closing time so that I could pickup my laptop and have it for the weekend. So grateful to find 4Leet. I'm pretty new to town, and needed to upgrade my video card. Being pretty computer savvy, I tried every which way to "fix" this through online forums, etc...to no avail.
