On June I purchased a fridge from Best Buy for my vacation house in Palm Desert. 4 Times They changed the scheduled date on me. Finally mid Aug. (three months later) they confirmed the delivery and installation and I drove from LA to desert to receive the appliance . On the exact day of delivery they called and canceled it again saying that we don't have driver today. I was so furious and had to cancel my purchase and bought it from Home Depot. Hopefully Home Depot will be able to deliver the item.

Instead, I was charged full price ($459.99) for the iPad. I discovered this after reviewing the emails with the PDF's of the contract and EIP agreement. The store, manager, along with Brian are dishonest. They try to cheat unsuspecting customers. As a 10 plus year customer of this horrible company, I am really shocked at the dishonesty. The photos in my albums also were not very bright. I tried fixing it myself but just could not get that brilliant, saturated color I had before. I took my Samsung Ultra 2024 to this store and Jenny assisted me. She took a look and made a few corrections on my phone. Five minutes later, thanks to Jenny, I had a phone that looked brand new. The colors were suddenly brilliant with great depth of colors. The pics in my albums really popped now with brightness. I left feeling like I had wasted my time stopping to enquire and possibly purchasing an iPhone. I made a mental note to not go back there again. Then COVID closed the Verizon store at The River and at my wife's suggestion, we returned to this retailer. Fortunately for me, Cruz Lefebre was the young man who assisted us in the process of upgrading to a new iPhone 11 Pro Max, switching my wife's SIM card and data to my previous iPhone 7 and clearing her old phone for gifting to our grandson. A lot to be done, to say the least, especially when I have over 2500 contacts--I have a deep, wide network!--and 36 gigs of pics & vids on my old phone! But through it all, Cruz was professional, courteous, knowledgable, patient and personable, all at the same time. A couple of challenges presented themselves in the lengthy process of getting this all done, but Cruz was unflappable... cool, calm and collected every step of the way. My confidence was high in regards to his ability to get it all done in the most efficient way possible. And I wasn't wrong! In our conversations I discovered that he was of an entrepreneurial nature, so I invited him to attend my global network meeting and looked forward to introducing this young man of unique character to my trusted inner sphere of business owners in this community. He attended the meeting and is returning next week, considering membership. He will be a definite asset to the organization if he sees it as a viable opportunity for himself.
