I contacted the store, spoke to Brian, and he said come into the store rather than purchasing online. I did that. I verified once I as at the store that I would be charged $99.00 plus tax. Instead, I was charged full price ($459.99) for the iPad. I discovered this after reviewing the emails with the PDF's of the contract and EIP agreement. The store, manager, along with Brian are dishonest. They try to cheat unsuspecting customers. As a 10 plus year customer of this horrible company, I am really shocked at the dishonesty. Check your contracts! I returned my purchase.

The photos in my albums also were not very bright. I tried fixing it myself but just could not get that brilliant, saturated color I had before. I took my Samsung Ultra 2024 to this store and Jenny assisted me. She took a look and made a few corrections on my phone. Five minutes later, thanks to Jenny, I had a phone that looked brand new. The colors were suddenly brilliant with great depth of colors. The pics in my albums really popped now with brightness. It was as if Jenny had waved her magic wand over my Samsung Ultra, and thanks to Jenny I can enjoy my phone once again. Thank you Jenny!!!

He is so patient and kind in his explanation (not all of us are tech savvy) he also went 100% above and beyond for us in helping to ensure our event had the connectivity we needed to be successful. I will recommend this company to all of our contacts! Chris, you are an awesome human being, and btw it was a pleasure meeting your son today as well. Thank you kind sir, for all of your hard work. May your business flourish!

I'm usually willing to give people a benefit of the doubt, but honestly, I should trust my gut more…read morewhen there are multiple red flags from the start. I reached out to Empire Satellites Inc after looking online for someone to install my new Starlink dish. Chris responded promptly via text from a different number (red flag number one). Quoted a price for the install - $349, which I thought was reasonable. Set up an appointment for the same day at 2:30pm. At 3:00 get a text that he we will be "couple of hours late" (red flag number two). OK, no problem. Finally shows up at 6:10pm. Started to look around the house to find a good location to mount the dish. Settle on a tall side gable (single story house), but his ladder is only 18', so he says that that's as high as he can mount it, not at the gable apex. Not ideal, but OK. Casually mentions that he charges an extra $100 for the "attic work" (major red flag number three). As if most people expect to have wires hanging on their exterior walls? I don't argue, but at this point I am really expecting to see stellar work quality, above and beyond attention to detail. This is where things really go to shit. Chris gets up to the facia and starts mounting the dish in a mount that I provided. I am looking from below and clearly can see that the mount is not plumb and is wobbling, as he puts three lugnut screws through the facia. He assures me that it is plenty stable. Red flag number four. Drills a hole through the wall for the cable and goes inside the house to fish for it in the attic. In the meantime, I get up the ladder and take a picture of the mount. It is clearly not fully bolted to the facia, with one of the bolts screwed at a 45 degree angle. The thing wobbles like crazy. Thirty minutes later, and two more holes in the ceiling plate from the attic, the cable is still not down to the final location, despite the fact that 5 extra ethernet cables were routed through the same wall from the attic by my electrician a few weeks before. Chris offers to surface mount the wire to the wall in the finished pantry room - ugliest, laziest install ever. Red flag number five. This is when I say "that's enough" and kick him out of my house. He is genuinely surprised when I offer to pay him only $250 for the horrendous job he did, and not the full $450 he was expecting. Before he leaves, he blames me for providing a bad mount for the dish, and tries to upsell his own mount for $100. Unbelievable. I have worked with dozens of subs int he last two years while building my house, and know my way around tools and trades. This was one of the worst experiences. The guy has the worst work ethic and zero integrity.

We went in and were told no, they had to come into the store. There wasn't any attemp to see how he can help you, just a wall of inaction. So we left. The primary account user is in another State, so that complicates it. Yet, he called T-Mobile phone support again and they added the name to the account, only needed us in the store with ID and the phone, for a new card. We made sure to go to a different person, but the guy that originally was no help made a point to come over and tell the girl helping us to make sure we were authorized to be on the account, like we were a couple of crooks. Good grief. Homophobe maybe? I don't know. Never had that sort of accusation - ever. So rude. Luckily, he went back to the woman he was helping and the girl helping us took care of everything. And, she was very nice and professional. She knew what to do and was efficient, while remaining polite and kind. After 2 calls and two visits to the T-Mobile store, we have my husband on the family account. I like T-Mobile, or I'd give lower stars, but the coverage is good for international roaming and usually the service is nice. I'm so taken back by the implication that we were trying to scam something. He did nothing to help us, simply dismissed us, without even lifting a finger, unless he gave us one as we left.... I don't know, and wouldn't be surprised. It just felt bad.
