Was trying to add a user to our account. We spoke to the phone support and got instructions to go in to the store and they would then call the primary account user on their T-mobile number. We went in and were told no, they had to come into the store. There wasn't any attemp to see how he can help you, just a wall of inaction. So we left. The primary account user is in another State, so that complicates it. Yet, he called T-Mobile phone support again and they added the name to the account, only needed us in the store with ID and the phone, for a new card. We made sure to go to a different person, but the guy that originally was no help made a point to come over and tell the girl helping us to make sure we were authorized to be on the account, like we were a couple of crooks. Good grief. Homophobe maybe? I don't know. Never had that sort of accusation - ever. So rude. Luckily, he went back to the woman he was helping and the girl helping us took care of everything. And, she was very nice and professional. She knew what to do and was efficient, while remaining polite and kind. After 2 calls and two visits to the T-Mobile store, we have my husband on the family account. I like T-Mobile, or I'd give lower stars, but the coverage is good for international roaming and usually the service is nice. I'm so taken back by the implication that we were trying to scam something. He did nothing to help us, simply dismissed us, without even lifting a finger, unless he gave us one as we left.... My new I phone 15 stopped working. I called the corporate head quarters and talked to tech who after 2 hours finally told me my 2 year warranty just ran out that day and I would need to buy a new phone! So I decided to try taking it in physically to this store on Monterey in P.D. I talked to a young guy Elijah. He took a "quick" look, told me it was my anti virus, we fixed it in minutes and my phone has worked great from that point on. That was a few weeks ago. If your having an issue take it into this store and talk to Elijah. No one else but him seemed to be able to figure it out! Maybe he needs corporates job! read more

I left Verizon and signed up with T-Mobile to save money. The service was exactly the same. There was no interruption whatsoever. However, T-Mobile offers a five dollar discount if you sign up for automatic bill payment. Which I did. The problem is that T-Mobile takes your money two days before the bill is actually due. When I called and asked them why they do this they said that so that they get paid on time. I told them they were taking my money two days earlier from the date that we had agreed-upon. They did not agree with me and they would not change their way of taking the money two days earlier. Two months later, I get a call from a collections agency. They are telling me that I owe a bill of $74 still. I did not receive any kind of closing statement from T-Mobile. I had no idea what the collection people were trying to collect. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. I don't understand why American companies have become so greedy that they want their money before it's even due. Our country is shameful. Billionaires are taking over and soon. We will not have our shitty government, but instead, we will have shitty oligarchs running the country. read more

Got my new phones on San Pablo, but they didn't have any of the accessories like Otterbox cases and screen shields. Two days later, I went to the Monterey/Dinah Shore branch and they had everything I needed. Had to wait a few minutes, but it is Christmas, so... The connection to the phone in the desert doesn't work 65% of the time. Worse than Verizon!! The towers are swamped when the crows show up. Which is every other weekend in winter and then they hardly work in the heat of summer. After 4 months I paid off bill and moved to another carrier... then a month later T-mobile billed me after the fact another 100. This has happened to others. I am disappointed they charged me a $35 dollar activation fee when customer services said they would waive it. Also I did not get ANY SERVICE in my home and so I went in to cancel, the guy there said just do not pay your bill and you will be fine. I called customer service and they said no that was not true I would have been billed for entire month and late fees too and it would have been a bad mark on my credit. Spotty reception was irritating, but try calling their 866 number. Not in US and I called multiple times, was told different solutions, none worked. I could never "unlock" my phone and was told by a retail store, "sir your phone can never be unlocked." OK. I moved back to Verizon where customer service is far superior. read more

I called customer support this morning to inquire about a new phone. They told me I would be able to get the lease to jump program in store for the phone I wanted which allows you more flexibility for those customers who prefer to upgrade their phone more often. I drove an hour to get to this location to be told that they do not offer this in store and that customer support was incorrect which pretty much made it seem like they insinuating that corporate customer support is incompetent with their customer service on a corporate level. I said ok I'll just do that then and annoyingly walked out of the store. When I call back the new customer service rep reassured me that the person I spoke to earlier over the phone was indeed correct and that the store which is a corporate store LIED to me, which is unbelievably unprofessional especially coming from what I was told is a CORPORATE STORE!!! As someone who has worked in customer service and retail for over 15 years, I know what game they were playing. If you're looking for commission you should have tried up-selling me or adding on accessories to my purchase instead of turning away a client and making yourselves look stupid. read more

I was having an issue with my phone and Raul helped me try and solve it and when it couldn't be resolved he found out that the phone was still under warranty and ordered me a new one with only a $5 shipping fee to pay. He was sooo helpful. 2 days later when I went in to pick up my new phone Paul helped me (Raul was off that day) for 11/2 hours setting it up. It had been 3 weeks of waiting and being told the same thing so I decided to go the store and handle it myself. UPS did not get the correct suite #, though, and the delivery was in limbo. I came into the store for a new phone as well as to connect my mom to my plan and Raul Garcia was a huge help. he made the transaction so fast and easy, helped with transfeing information. His vibe was amazing and he literally us the nicest person ive ever come across. I had to come back in for aditional help and again, he helped me and explaned a few things. Would not waste my time at this location I've been here twice and both times I was met with individuals that don't listen to customers and literally will read you the small print off of your receipts , off of the ads that you bring in about T-Mobile sales , and so on and so forth. In both instances, first setting up new lines under one of the promotions for family and the second returning a Samsung item that was overheating on my wrist. I called their customer support from the parking lot was redirected to the store in La Quinta where everything was handled in a professional efficient manner with no questions asked. I was very pleased with the customer service provided by every single employee at this location. I just got my phone about 4 weeks ago and I have gone back to pay my bill, add a tablet and buy accessoeies. Every single time I have been very well taken care of. They are all extremely polite and patient, most importantly, they don't treat you like they are just trying to make a sale. When my husband and I got our phones, they were sold out and we weren't in a hurry to have them, we told them we will set up service and pay for them and pick them up when they arrived, however, one of the employees insisted on driving to the palm springs location to pick up the phones for us so we could have them that same day. They went above and beyond and they really work together as a team! I would recommend this store for anybody that is looking for tmobile service! read more

This is a fully staffed store with ALL new employees now and under new Management. I have been coming to this store for 3 years and I tell you, this is such a knowledgeable and amazing staff. They are all well trained and the store managers greet you as soon as you come in, they make you feel appreciated every time you come in.
