We talked with other companies about adding a dishwasher into a kitchen we had done just two years ago. Regrettably, the recommendations were neither economically practical (major plumbing work was required) nor aesthetically pleasing (the dishwasher cabinet standing alone like a pimple on a bare wall). By lucky chance we met Liam as he left a neighbor's project. He agreed to "take a look". His proposal was everything we wanted. He removed drawers next to our sink, eliminating the need for additional plumbing. There was room for a dishwasher and pullout pantry storage. THEN moved the drawers to the outer wall and suggested a butcher block top. He also suggested a panel ready dishwasher, so the front matched the rest of our cabinets. We hired him on the spot. Then, we threw Liam a curve. A ReStore find for the butcher block, not only for the "island" but for our counter. His grace in shifting gears and the finishing work he did on the counter made working with him a pleasure. PLUSES: We love the results. The dishwasher has changed our lives. Thanks to the panel, the visual flow is more appealing than an appliance front. The extra pantry storage. Additional workspace with the drawer unit. An surprise fix Liam tackled was setting up the under-sink plumbing so our retractable faucet hose no longer snags on the pipes. This saves me doing weekly dives into the sink cabinet to free the hose. AND the project was done and running in the promised project time. I was contesting the charge for a box that was not labeled for had a permit pulled from ACE Electric. Rewired came out - looked at the box and determined it was illegal and. And produced a bid of over $5000 - to over $6000. No where in the est did they say the words that my box was illegal. By omitting the words "illegal" I had no way to recover the cost I already paid. The omission was intentional and guaranteed that Rewired would not be considered. He could of just said when he was here "not interested. Winnegabo County refused to check any box when a permit was not pulled - this leaves me in a precarious position.

I also love that their kinetico system has optional filters that you can add if you want to change things up (for example, we add minerals to our water after it's been purified). Not necessary to do, but we've found it to be super handy to be able to adapt it to our unique needs. A couple years ago their technicians helped us move our entire system from one house to another and it was great to know a pro was in charge of tear down and setup. In our experience, if anything happens, their technicians have good availability to come quickly to fix whatever they need to. Would recommend LTM!
