They have screwed my billing up, and erroneously charged my card in error, in my opinion. Sent service techs out with the wrong salt. Their records don't match what sales or service tells them. Just - in my opinion - these guys are a mess. Totally disorganized, give no sense of being pros - in my opinion. A complete amateur hour mess - in my opinion. I would not recommend them to anyone. He outlined what the service entailed and it was quite comprehensive compared to other services I used in my previous home. Prompt on our appointment. I enjoyed that through the service call he had no issue discussing what he was doing and any concerns I had with my system. We identified a couple of things that may have been out of calibration for years before I ever bought this place. He dialed them back in and it may save me money! Tactical plumbing had a lot of positive reviews and that is always a good sign! I called and Aaron picked up, he was friendly, communicative and professional. He told me he could come out the next day to fix my issue. Gave me a verbal estimate, which he held to at the end of the small project. Aaron arrived in the window of time which he said he would. He even had to leave to go get the correct part number, but was only gone for minutes. All in all, he was quick and seemed to perform quality work. The paperwork said his work had a 30 day warranty, which is reassuring. I also asked him a barrage of questions about the spigots and also some other things having to do with valves on my faucets (for some potential future work)....He was very transparent with me and took a few minutes to share with me a ton of useful information which I found very helpful. I am big on customer service, the little nuances are what does it for me, this company has employees that look you in the eye when they speak, they give you a firm handshake at the beginning and end of the job, and they follow through with everything they say they are going to do.
