I wanted to by a transmission from a national retail seller. They did not see that as a problem and revealed that they had lots of experience dealing with the particular retailer. They asked me to bring the car down to the shop and I did. I told them that I need my car for a cross country trip and they said they would look it over and recommend any repairs that need to be taken care of before such a trip. I was informed of brake issues and a few other minor issues.They went to work on my car right away and returned it to me about 6 days later right after the transmission arrived from delivery. All of the mechanical issues were repaired at a magnificent price. New transmission installed and Sharkey's assured me that their work was under warranty and that I could contact any time if there was ever an issue. There were none. I visited two other auto shops in town and I would never return to those "other guys" to have my car repaired.
