Let me start by saying... Make sure I REPEAT MAKE SURE, you start by asking for Gabe Y. This guy knows his stuff and can get things done fast! There were a few slow moments during the transaction, but Gabe had me wishing for more, he is very entertaining and hospitable. He was able to get me exactly what I wanted. Had my truck towed there when the transmission gave out on the Interstate just a few hundred yards down. There was NO leaks in the transmission, Fluid level was fine. Checked TWICE in 20 minutes before it was towed. Even after tow truck dropped it off, there was NO indication of any fluid leak whatsoever. None on the Flatbed nor on the road left behind. However, they charged me... Get this... $33 to add transmission fluid "so they could get it in the shop".... THERE WAS NO LEAK... FLUID LEVEL WAS GOOD. Checked in front of witnesses TWICE!!! The transmission WOULD NOT PULL!!! No forward OR reverse... NONE... NADA... They also automatically charge $8.46 SERVICE ORDER FEE... To WRITE THE SERVICE TICKET... What a bunch of THIEVES!!!! I will NEVER step foot on their lot again.... Oh yes, they wanted $2400 for a transmission from a junk yard that already had 96,000 miles on it and they wanted $4200 for a "rebuilt" transmission... I talked to a Jasper Transmission Shop and he said HE would install a Jasper Rebuilt Transmission for $2400 TOTAL..... THIEVES... read more

I purchased a 2019 Toyota Tacoma from another dealership in Memphis. Did not even give Watermark a shot to earn my business because several people told me that their experience there was terrible.....I still decided to give them a chance when it came to service because they are close....Big mistake! First visit was for an oil change. I purchased an extended maintenance plan from Toyota and even after showing them the contract I still had to argue with them that this oil change was free. Then I was upsold a throttle body cleaning that it did not need. I got my money back for that and an apology. So ok, I decided to give them one more chance. Went in for another oil change and alignment because I purchased new tires (different size). When it was done and I asked to see the printout for the alignment I was told that the printer wasnt working but they did have to do a Toe adjustment. I know about cars and I know that toe adjustments are done by turning a sleeve on the tie rods. I looked and neither one of my tie rods had a wrench mark on them and the original crayon mark from the factory was undisturbed. So it was obvious that no adjustment was made. So now in the interest of protecting my $1000+ new tires I am forced to go elsewhere to get an alignment because at this point I doubt that it was even put on an alignment machine. Just another tidbit.....there was another gentleman there with his Tacoma for an oil change. We chatted and he got done sooner and left. He was back in about 20 minutes. I said,"oh you're back?". He had to come back because after he pulled out the service writer noticed a puddle of oil on the pavement. I guess at least they called him back. Moral of this long-winded story. These guys are crooks and really cant even be trusted to change your oil....never again!! I did order a bed mat from them that I am supposed to pickup today....wonder if they got that right? read more

Long story short, save your time, money, and dignity and shop elsewhere. They repossessed my vehicle exactly two weeks after I got it because they apparently never had a secured deal with the finance company. They actually called someone I listed as a reference and told that individual my paystubs were fake. Pure foolishness! All in all, I'm really glad they took that BASE model Durango that I was (potentially) being charged 20% interest on. I got a fully loaded model, same year, less miles, at a rate of 4.75% 8 days later. So thanks for helping me do better! I'd NEVER recommend this place to anyone. read more

Worst experience ever. I bought my very first car from here, which was a three day ordeal. After I left, about a week later my break pads broke, and I was told by my sales man, that I would have to pay for it in full and he was just outright rude. Now, not even a year later, my car isn't being covered with warranty due to nobody telling us that we had to do all oil changes at a certified mechanic. So now, I'm out $500 due to this. I signed the paper, but I was in and out of the financing office within 20 to 30 mins. I do not recommend this car dealership nor do I recommend Sam. I do not feel as if they explained everything thoroughly and even my family has had issues buying cars with the finance guy Jay.. save your time and money, go somewhere else. read more

Bought three vehicles from them. I guess it took three mistakes to learn my lesson. On two of my vehicles I paid an additional 450-900$ give or take on a protective wax coating with all kinds of warranties and such. When I asked a member of sales about why I could never get stains off my paint as advertised in the sales pitch for that coating, I was promptly told that it was common for their service employees to simply not do the coating. I didn't get a voice recording because I didn't think it was necessary at the time, but I was plainly told that I got ripped off, twice, and I wasn't alone. Some sales people there are extremely pushy. No one in service knows their a** from a hole in the ground. I wouldn't trust them to change my oil. It's all about the money, not satisfied customers. read more
