It was about 2 weeks before I could get in and then I was told it would be a week to repair. Good news: after 2 days, my vehicle was ready. Josh said someone worked on it into the night, which was awesome. However, someone had gone through my center console (probably my whole car) and RANSACKED it, not even trying to stealthily look for valuables because a wallet I leave in there in case I need something smaller was unzipped and I had laid a couple of dollars flat on top of my console contents and they were just gone. I had a glove literally sticking out of the console which drew my attention to the problem and you get that violated feeling. I rationalized to myself that the person working on my vehicle maybe had a bored kid playing in it while waiting for dad to finish up, but when I reported my disturbed console to Josh, he said absolutely no children would have been in my car, they aren't allowed. So that leaves an adult making questionable life decisions who is so hard up they need to steal a couple bucks from a patron and who knows what else because I had just moved and the back of my vehicle had a ton of stuff I hadn't dealt with yet. This desperate kind of person is not someone you want working on or being inside your vehicle. Also, there is a paint run at the tip of my fender so it's not perfect, which is what I was expecting, reasonable or not. Perhaps the desperate person should stick to working daytime hours where he can see what he's doing instead of skulking about in the dark.

We were extremely happy with the service and repairs that were done on our 4 month old Hyundai Pallisade.
