None of us like to breakdown, but it is a fact of life. When it happens, we are stressed and don't need more heaped on us by a towing company. Fletcher's is a good reliable company to deal with. Requested towing service. Always quick, dependable, trustworthy and affordable. Had a car that had the wrong battery placed in it by another business. Car got me home then wouldn't start and panel lights would not turn off until the battery was totally dead. Called and spoke with a very nice dispatcher, who was able to accurately predict when the driver would arrive. Driver called me ahead of time and confirmed location and gave another prediction on arrival, which was accurate. When he got here, he was super fast at jumping the battery which saved me money as they did not have to hoist it. He drove it up onto his truck and when I asked about paying, he said I could do it with dispatch! Very convenient! Called her back and even got a text receipt. This company tried to scam my daughter after her wreck. Once they left with the car the office worker called and wanted payment immediately and lied saying Collision place refused to take the car. Collision company had already informed Fletchers that they were waiting for the car and provide invoice to be included on the claim. Called the office and asked why they were holding my car hostage, office person was loud and extemely rude and changed her story a couple of times including saying the tow truck was heading back to their place. She wanted to charge us for 2 tows. Tow Truck Driver confirmed he was never headed back to Fletchers. He was headed to Collision company the entire time. She broke insurance rules and we believe trying to pocket money for herself. read more

He was very helpful with pushing the car out of the garage and then took great care when loading the car onto the hauler. Andrew was friendly and professional and I appreciate all of his help. Pros: Good towing service and excellent communication with the customer. Punctual and reliable. The driver double checked all connections for safety and security before towing and was friendly and respectful. Cons: the only issue I had with Fletcher's Towing was its possible dishonest or deceitful pricing. I called a day prior to needing a tow and asked the customer service representative what a tow would cost from Point "A" to Point "B" (I gave her exact addresses). She did some calculations and about 2 min later she said it would cost me $65. I thanked her and told her i would call for a tow the next day when my vehicle was ready. Calling back the next day, customer service (possibly a different female) quoted me at $85 for the exact same destinations. When i tried to explain what i was quoted the previous day, she just said that it was wrong and this is their pricing. I just believe they should honor the price i was quoted even if it was wrong and a mistake on their part. read more

Sandy Sansing called Fletcher's on my behalf to tow my Mercedes into the dealership after a sensor went bad. The driver scraped the underside and front bumper of my car as he backed the car onto the tow truck. I yelled at him to stop as I watched but he wouldn't and then told me the damage to the underside had already been there. I took pictures and then he figured he should take pictures also. Mr. Fletcher wouldn't make things right with the repair and was rude. They should be prepared to load cars that are low to the ground with boards or something. I would NEVER use them again, my choice would have been Cook's in Pace. read more

I contacted my roadside service and was quoted 1 hr. I asked for a courtesy call before they arrived. I arrived to my car 10 minutes before agreed time. 10 minutes after time my roadside app said service cancelled due to driver not at scene. I call BS as no tow truck came by anywhere near the time and no call was given as requested. I called roadside to schedule again and started to get Fletchers but requested anyone else. The company showed up 40 minutes late. No notice or call to advise that they would be late. I sat around giving them time in case something came up or there was a problem. Still no contact. I had to contact my insurance to figure out what was going on. I really wouldn't have had a problem if there was ANY kind of notice instead of wasting my time. I could have used the other car to go do what I needed to do in that 40 minute time period from when they were late on top of the 1 hour estimated time from order. read more

I needed to get my truck to a transmission shop, so I ask the shop owner who he recommends and he tells me Fletchers. So I call for a truck first thing in the morning the next day. The man on the phone was rude and talked to me like I was someone who's business he didn't want or need. I just kept being polite and just figured he was having a bad day, you know it happens. So the driver gets to my house and just has a bad look on his face he was also rude and acted like he didn't want to be there. He mentioned something about his vehicle being stolen the night before and was slamming his tools and equipment around. Everyone I talked with from this company was just unprofessional.
