I really appreciated the regular status updates via text, so that I never had to chase down information. I recommend this shop because everything runs smoothly and they are thorough throughout the entire process. As for the quality of the work done on my vehicle, 10/10

Crash Champions Collision Repair - Wesley Chapel is hands down the worst, most incompetent,…read moredishonest body shop I have ever dealt with in my life. They "repaired" my vehicle FOUR TIMES and managed to screw it up every single time. Every visit created a new problem. Every promise was a lie. Every excuse was pathetic. They even had someone pretending to be the General Manager while the real GM was sitting in Chicago. That tells you everything about the integrity of this place. Fake leadership, fake accountability, fake professionalism. They forgot to reinstall my vehicle's sound deadening, then insulted my intelligence by claiming it "fell off inside the car." No, it didn't. You didn't install it. You lied. On another visit, they damaged my windshield and caused a stress fracture, then tried to hide it and never told me. No honesty. No responsibility. Just cover it up and hope the customer doesn't notice. Their communication is a joke. Lisa intentionally ignored my calls. I called twice from my phone -- no answer. I immediately called from my friend's phone and suddenly she picked up. Then she played dumb. That is deliberate, dishonest, and disrespectful. They hide behind caller ID, dodge customers, and pretend nothing is wrong while your vehicle is falling apart because of their work. It got so bad that the Director of Operations, Brandon Otto, had to personally call me to apologize. When corporate has to step in, you know the shop has completely failed. And even after all that, they had the nerve to ask me to bring my car back for a SIXTH time. Absolutely not. I gave them chance after chance. I was patient. I was reasonable. They wasted my time over and over and still couldn't do basic repairs correctly. Their incompetence has damaged my car's value, cost me time, stress, and money, and they refuse to compensate me for any of it. I finally took my vehicle to their competitor, Caliber, who found over $2,000 in damage that Crash Champions either caused or failed to fix. So much for "repairs." "Crash Champions" is the perfect name -- they are champions at crashing your vehicle, ruining it, lying about it, and ghosting you when you demand accountability. This shop is unprofessional, dishonest, and incapable of doing quality work. Do NOT trust them. Do NOT believe their promises. Do NOT let them touch your vehicle. If you value your car, your time, and your sanity, stay far away from this place. Worst repair experience of my life. No contest.

Having repairs made after an accident is always stressful. Caliber collision did everything, within…read moretheir power, to mitigate that stress. While it took a little longer for them to complete the work... it was worth the wait. The damage they repaired on the rear driver side quarter panel of my Mazda CX 5 was outstanding. I could see no waves in the metal, no paint overspray. It looks brand new.! Their front desk person is Miranda and she is outstanding. I also want to mention Ryan, who took over my project midstream after my original agent had a family emergency. Ryan got up to speed quickly and communicated efficiently. Overall, I am impressed with the work that was done by Caliber. I would definitely take my car here again. Hoping that won't be necessary.

I will say that my estimator was very nice and the location had great communication. The work that they did our our vehicle was awful. It started with this and kept getting worse. After bringing the Yukon home I tried to remove the tow hitch cover and coudln't get it off. It usually just pops off with a twist of the knobs. Got underneath the vehicle and found that it was rigged up with strap clamps. There was no way to get this thing off without cutting the knobs or bending the clamps. I'm guessing the tech thought we never towed anything and would never see it. PIctures of what he used below. They provided the proper parts for me to install myself after I called. Then, first night out we noticed a tail light wasn't working. Found out they crimped a wire and had to fix that. After driving the car a few days it just didn't feel right. Every bounce jarred the body when before this thing felt like it rode on air. The rear bumper wasn't fitting right on the side we got hit on. It was buckled out. I had lost all faith in the this shop based on the first two issues so I called my insurance carrier and had another shop inspect the vehicle to ensure everything was OK. HOLY CRAP, I can't believe what they found. This shop should be fined, put on notice or closed down based on the crap work they did. Pictures below don't even do it justice. I won't even be able to convey everything the other shop pointed out but I'll do my best. Issues with the paint, alignment and body work all around. They cut every corner they could to help them save money and charged full price for this crappy repair. The tried to hammer out the metal where we were hit instead of replacing it which caused the bumper to not fit properly. They even forgot to finish a part of the frame that was hit and showed exposed metal and rust. Their green mark is still on the body of the vehicle proving it was identified but never fixed. The rear suspension they installed wasn't even tightened down well and it was LOOSE. They didn't remove the rear windows when painting so there was build up around them that looked terrible. They did something wrong with the clear coat the new shop showed me. I can't even begin to relay how bad this repair was. They half assed everything. Pics below don't even do it justice. The pink lines are from the new shop identifying issues that werent' fixed. Do not go here, never go here and tell everyone else to not go here. How they got such a high google rating is beyond me. Keep in mind these photos were taken after this shop "repaired" our vehichle and were underneath the bumper they put back on.
