What really stood out to me was how personable, honest, and professional Elias was throughout the entire process. I never felt like he was trying to sell me on unnecessary services or tell me that something else was wrong with my Jeep just to increase the cost. He was straightforward about what needed to be done and made sure I understood everything. I had to leave my Jeep for the day and return once the necessary parts arrived, and Elias kept me updated throughout the entire process. He answered every call and text I sent and was always responsive and helpful. His communication made what could have been a stressful experience very easy. If you ever need to bring your Jeep in for service, I highly recommend working with Elias. He is honest, thorough, professional, and genuinely great to work with. I'll definitely be asking for him the next time my Jeep needs service!

Buyer beware. I was…read morenegotiating the purchase of a used 2023 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 with Jerry Ulm Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. On June 18, I was sent a buyer's order showing an out-the-door price of $65,814.84. A few days later, I was told that if I completed a credit application, they would pull the vehicle from inventory and reserve it for me while we finalized financing. Based on that representation, I completed the credit application and authorized them to run my credit. After my credit was pulled, I was sent a new buyer's order dated June 22 showing an out-the-door price of $70,164.89 -- an increase of more than $4,300 from the previously agreed pricing. (See attached pics/screenshots). When I questioned the change, I was told: "My GSM who over rules all of the deals decided that this deal is not good for the business." In other words, after sending a buyer's order, discussing financing, and running my credit, management decided they no longer wanted to honor the previously quoted deal. The most frustrating part was that the price change occurred only after I completed the credit application and authorized a credit inquiry based on the original buyer's order. I cannot recommend doing business with a dealership that changes the agreed pricing after the credit process has already begun.

Interesting to see only one previous review before mine. And how long ago it was posted. I went to…read morethis place on a recommendation from a high end automotive shop just a block down the road (Rennen) and I am sad to say the end result has been VERY disappointing! Folks, if you have a nice car and you CARE about how it looks and getting the best results for your money DO NOT GO HERE!!! In my case I have a Mercedes Benz. Again I went here based on a referral so I assumed they must do good work. I had to have a fender replaced and front bumper needed repair as well. I was quoted a very good price but now I know why. Original work is already failing after less than a year (Clearcoat flaking, chipping in multiple locations) overspray etc. In full disclosure I should note before the problems started showing I did also bring the car back for them to repaint my trunk lid based on a quote he gave me from the initial visit. So far thats holding up ok but its not enough to compensate for the other problems. I took my car back to point these things out and was told I'm " One of those guys". In despair I still decided to leave the car with him thinking they would at least take care of the obvious issues and I even trusted them to repaint the hood of my car based on a quote I'd gotten from the owner on the first visit. This turned out to be a JOKE and a waste of time! They ignored the flaking paint issues AND Instead of repainting the hood they sanded down the area of ONE of the many pits and blemishes in the paint and then clear coated the hood!!! And in the process of masking for the spray they ruined my grille! Its only been 3 weeks now and the clear coat is peeling and flaking , my hood now looks worse than it did before the work!!! What takes the cake is I asked the owner SEVERAL times to make sure he understood I wanted the entire hood sanded down and repainted and he said "Yes"! Upon arriving to pick up my car and inspecting the "work" the painter could see I was livid. So I will say they did not charge me for the job, but it was because they know they bit off more than they could chew and I am sure they wish I'd never crossed their threshold. So you didn't charge me, MY CAR LOOKS WORSE THAN BEFORE I LEFT IT! When he quoted me a low price for repairs he should have told me to beware it would be for low quality work! Then I should have had the option to accept that or not. But to do the poor work and then call me "That Kind Of Guy" for giving a dam about not getting what I was expecting? C'mon! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!
