These guys are my heroes. My car flipped out in the middle of the road right in front of their place. They came right out to check on me and offer assistance. They moved my car out of the road, and checked to see why all the lights suddenly started going off. They ended up finding the issue, and I was able to get it fixed. well..Super Automotive on Eastman Road JOSH & JR Crew does Not do good work! Over 7K spent for a New transmission..Right at 1K to take out a transmission, and 1K to replace it! My tahoe Stutters when in Reverse, and Forward! I took back to Super Automotive, and the manager JR stated that "it's not doing it now" instead of taking it seriously. I shouldnt have to take it to Another Super Automotive on the loop! The Mechanic at the Chevy house states after a new Transmission my Tahoe is Not Supposed to Stutter. SMH I was Not Showed the New Transmission like I asked to see when it arrived because I'm starting to feel like the didn't Replace the transmission with a New one. SMH read more

This is my review of Automotive Supercenter of Longview, TX. I have a 2004 GMC Envoy that had an oil leak that I had towed to Automotive Supercenter. I was told that my vehicle would be looked at on Monday as I had dropped it off on Friday afternoon. The following week I have my dad take his vehicle, that needs the master cylinder replaced, to Automotive Supercenter. AS let's my dad know that they have to remove a part that has a gasket and they recommend replacing the gasket with a new one. AS completes the master cylinder replacement with the new gasket in place. AS notifies my dad that his vehicle is repaired and ready to go. When my dad arrives to pick up his vehicle the check engine light is in and he here's a knock. He does not leave and let's the mechanic know these things. The mechanic he talked to said the knock goes away and when he comes back to get the oil changed if the check engine lights still on they'll see about it. After a week or so of my dad using hi vehicle a couple of times for about 20 miles of driving the knocking gets worse and the check engine light is still on. Also there is a major new high pitched sound. My dad and I both go back to AS with his vehicle and AS says they had a mechanic move locations and they were short handed and they see what that could do about his vehicle. I ask about my vehicle that has now been here 3 weeks and let them know to take care of my dad before diagnosing my vehicle. My dad has anxiety when dealing with others in public at businesses where lots of money is involved. They tell my dad he has to get his engine replaced for $6,000 dollars. He makes the decision as he is 72 and has to have a vehicle since he lives alone and has them replace the engine. A week or so later I get a call from AS that I need a new battery and a seal replaced. It'll be about $1,000. I signs agreement to have this done. I get a new notification that a belt that's been soaked in oil should be replaced. AS sends new quote and I sign to have work completed. This gets completed and I pay and pick up my vehicle. The 2004 GMC Envoy. After leaving and going about five miles and getting up to 60 mph one time. The oil pressure drops and the on dash message says stop the engine. I call AS and they have my vehicle towed to them. When AS calls me they tell me the engines shot and it'll have to be replaced. They aren't going to cover anything but instead of charging $125 an hour on a new engine replacement they'll only charge me $95 and hour. They also never test drove the vehicle over 50 mph. Last I heard was the talk to higher ups and see if anything else could be done. Two weeks later I'm contacting them again. Will update as this proceeds Still waiting for a resolution. read more

A buddy of mine took his 2003 Buick Park Avenue here for shocks/struts replacement. Once up on the rack they called him to tell him that his transmission mounts were busted and needed replacing. He told them that he would have to wait for that; he didn't have the budget for that at this time. All the suspension work went fine but when he picked up his ride he found that they had not straightened or leveled his steering wheel and he had specifically asked that they do that. Now this is the part that I just have to call B.S. on! He was told that they could not straighten or level his steering wheel while the transmission mounts were busted!!! Seriously? Are you kidding me? Maybe it's because I have the wrong fuel cap and that causes my radio to get poor reception, or my windshield gets dirty because I've never rotated the air in my tires!!! If this isn't the biggest rip-off I've ever heard of, it's pretty damn close!! He won't be going back!!! Keep it up boys; you all aren't the only shop around. Just keep it up. read more

I would not refer my WORST enemy to this place. Once so EVER. These are the people who told me the motor in my car was trashed. The work they were supposed to preform, (since I bought all the parts) was quoted at $340. They did a diagnostic test on my car, determined the engine was ruined. And tried to charge me 200 for that! It was one belt they put on. When I took them 4 belts a water pump and a tensioner and two jugs of antifreeze,so all that for $340 and they apply one belt and try to charge me $200! I don't think so. I settled at paying $150. After hauling my car back to my house, and opening the front door to find all the motor pieces in my front floor board and GREASE everywhere on the interior! The floors the chairs. THE OWNER REFUSES TO REFUND ME. If you take your car to a shop, don't you expect to get it back in one piece?? And not ruined with grease and oil? I understand the motor is ruined but doesn't mean the car is trashed! It's still low on mileage and can be drivable once we replace the motor.. I DO NOT SUGGEST THESE PEOPLE TO ANYONE, Not unless you want to be ripped off. So thank you Automotive super center! You really do suck! read more
