Came back in three hours, car not even close to done. The gentleman working on my car was very professional and informed me he was working by himself as two coworkers were both late. He said it would be another 90 minutes. Came back in two hours, no progress on the car. I asked if I could just pick up my car and come back a different day. I was told the car would be done in 20 minutes. I haven't mentioned yet that I was on foot while they had my car, so was about done walking around the neighborhood. Came back in 45 minutes, and the car was done. It looks amazing. The owner gave me a break on the price, and I am very happy with the results. First the system they use cancels the appointment, call to make sure that was the case. Person who answered said system is messing up and appointment is still on. Day of appointment ,first received a message saying appointment is canceled then received another within 30 minutes with an appointment reminder. Tried calling to confirm, no answer, drive all the way into Billings from (PC) hoping it was the system glitching again to find a locked shop. Yes, the hours state closed Saturday and Sunday but the person who took the appointment said he would make an exception due to it being a birthday present to my son... Being a business owner myself, it's better to just say "no" then to do this nonsense. Thanks for wasting my time.

He ended up going back there to get his water mug and the manager walked up to him saying 'can I help you' in a defensive tone. Noticing the trim on his car was messed up too, my friend mentioned it. Then the manager said 'I don't want to talk to you'. A vehicle tech chimed in and said he'd try to fix it. The way the manager treated my friend was uncalled for. You can't treat customers that way or you won't have any. We aren't using speedy glass again.

Unfortunately, on my drive home afterward, I noticed a whistling noise coming from somewhere around the windshield area. We ended up turning around and bringing the vehicle back the next day. What really impressed me was how seriously they took the issue. They didn't brush me off or tell me it was "nothing," like so many places might have done. They took their time, checked everything, and genuinely tried everything they could think of to figure out where the whistling was coming from.
