First the system they use cancels the appointment, call to make sure that was the case. Person who answered said system is messing up and appointment is still on. Day of appointment ,first received a message saying appointment is canceled then received another within 30 minutes with an appointment reminder. Tried calling to confirm, no answer, drive all the way into Billings from (PC) hoping it was the system glitching again to find a locked shop. Yes, the hours state closed Saturday and Sunday but the person who took the appointment said he would make an exception due to it being a birthday present to my son... Being a business owner myself, it's better to just say "no" then to do this nonsense. Thanks for wasting my time.
