The techs were friendly (Christopher, Austin, and Ronald) and Darrell explained the full inspection in a respectful way that let me know what was going on without pushing additional services that were not necessary. Would be a 5 star, but had a miscommunication about their ability to install a front license plate that does not have pre-existing holes.

(Had to let a cuss word fly after that). Their remedy - this is covered by your warranty - but the dealership does not cover damage caused by personnel at a car wash! Particularly when the automatic car wash was not at fault, it was 100% the pre-wash sprayer guy who lifted the decal. Their staff need better training, you cannot put a pressure washer 2 inches away from a car! Not brilliant service at all. :(((

On 4/7 I paid 33.66 for the nicest car wash with the tire shine. I made it through my vacuuming and drying and noticed no tire shine. I had an appointment across town I needed to get to, so thought "the management should honor this next time if I told them. " On 4/27 at 4:30 I came for another car Wash and told the "manager" what had happened. He explained they had problems with the tire shine and asked, "do you want tire shine" and I said yes if you don't charge me this time. I looked at the receipt and he had charged me the $2 for the tire shine. I told him I thought you were going to comp the tire shine- and he said " no- I should have dealt with it when I had the problem. " I asked to speak to the manager/ he said he was the manager. he wouldn't budge on the $2. I told him that he could refund my wash as I would not come back, nor would my husband, mother and anyone else if your customer service is that poor. Really?? losing customers over $2. glad there are now lots of other choices in Billings for car washes.

Turns out they sold me under-rated tires meant for lighter trailers and speeds under 65 mph, and they didn't even match the specs of the original tires. When I went back, the sales rep argued they "don't make" what I was asking for, had an attitude the whole time, and still blamed me instead of standing behind their product. It's clear they either don't know the tires they're selling or just don't take the time to match the right tire to the right trailer. If you buy from them, do your own research first -- don't assume they'll get it right.

After several road side service calls and a new battery as well as lots of stress, we took our car to Eldon Hall at Auto Works 360.
