    I almost didn't come to this location because of other reviews but they had exact vehicle I wanted. The other one available was 3 hours away so I took my chances. So glad I did! Had a great experience. They have a new sales manager who was super nice and on his guys making sure they were following through with everything. The car sales guy Nathan was absolutely awesome! Highly recommend him! He made us feel comfortable, let us explore the truck a bit, and was straightforward. I had a trade in that I was upside down on and they did me right by that too. I would purchase from Nathan and Auto Nation again based on this experience.

Everything was completely finalized this afternoon. We had a clear agreement on the price, the VIN, and every single line item on the invoice -- confirmed both verbally and through text messages. The salesperson specifically asked us to send our insurance information, driver's license, and another form of ID (VA ID), which we provided immediately. They even had our financial information. They acknowledged everything and told us their finance person would call us shortly to finalize the payment and complete the deal. Just a couple of hours later, we got a call informing us that the truck had already been sold to another customer who walked into the dealership. We were actively waiting for their finance department to contact us so we could finish the purchase. There was absolutely no confusion on their part -- they knew we had a firm agreement in place. Instead, they sold the truck out from under us without any warning or courtesy. This experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. It shows a lack of respect for customers and a failure to stand behind their word.

    I scheduled an appointment to see a car that I found on their website. Upon arrival, the salesman…read moreimmediately asked for my license and wanted to know if I had a trade. He asked about financing, and I said that I didn't need financing, but I wanted to see the car first to decide whether I was interested enough to take the test drive. He said this was standard procedure. I gave him my license and asked to see the car. I also gave him the keys to my car for appraisal. He said he had to make a copy of my license and get the car. I waited 10+ minutes for him to copy the license. When he returned, he said that he had to go bring the car around. So, this annoyed me right off. He knew I was coming, but the car had not been brought around, and it took 10 minutes to copy a license. After another 5-10 minutes of waiting, he returned with the car. It was dirty. He said that of course, if I buy it, they will clean it up. He also said that there was only one key, but he would find out if the existing warranty would cover a replacement key. WHAT? I drove the car and I actually liked it. BUT when we returned to the showroom, he went to the back to "run the numbers." They also appraised my trade, which is in excellent condition with very low miles. I had already run numbers on my car, so I know what it's worth on multiple platforms and in all conditions. I waited another 20+ minutes. He came out with the finance guy who put a sheet of paper in front of me and said, "sign here" and he would go over the numbers. I said, No. I'm not signing anything. They lowballed me by $8,000 what I've researched my car is worth. I understand the dealer's need to make a profit, but that offer was laughable. I said that I was unhappy with the "numbers," thanked them for their time and stood to leave. I asked for my keys, which they hadn't returned to me. Finance guy kept talking. At that time, my son, retired Navy, asked the finance guy for my keys. The finance guy kept talking. My son said that the conversation was over. It felt like we were being held hostage. We were at their mercy, forced to hear their spiel because they had my keys. My son demanded the keys for a third time. Finally, the finance guy stood, told the salesman to get my keys, and walked away. We waited another 5 minutes for my keys and left. I told the finance guy that I am a 67 year old woman, and this was not my first car purchase. I was disappointed in the lack of courtesy and professionalism. Perhaps they need more training, because they didn't know how to treat a customer with respect and simple kindness as opposed to fake smiles and obvious games. They were my first stop, but I've found the car I'm interested in at a couple of other dealerships. I'll be visiting them this week. The good thing is that I don't need a new car. I simply wanted to downsize. I'm not in a hurry and will wait on the right deal.

I scheduled easily online and received a loaner car with no problem. I hit my mileage so me coming in for maintenance wasn't unusual, however I started having radio/touch screen issues upon getting my car back. I realize my car isn't the newest anymore, but it is a little peculiar that it started RIGHT after I left. Tommy did check in with me a few days after to ask how my car was doing and mentioned I could bring it back in to get the screen checked out, but I haven't been able to go back. I'm hoping if I do it won't be an extremely expensive fix, but I'm not certain. All in all, my experience with the dealership was great, the place was very clean, they had good communication and I was in and out very quickly.

    May 2026 review. BUYER BEWARE. We've supported this…read moredealership for years, which honestly makes this experience even more frustrating. Luis was our finance guy. Jordan was the salesman. The first red flag was a "dealer accessories/service" fee of over $4,800 added to the paperwork. We specifically asked what it covered on the truck we were seriously considering, and were told it was for services performed to prepare the vehicle for sale. Fair enough... until we reviewed paperwork for a completely different truck and found the EXACT same fee -- same amount, down to the dollar. So we asked again: did both vehicles receive the exact same work? Nobody could give a straight answer. No new tires. No major upgrades. No extensive paint correction. Nothing that justified nearly FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS being added to both vehicles. What's even more concerning? During negotiations, the fee suddenly disappeared completely. So naturally, that leaves consumers wondering: if this fee was truly necessary, why was it so easy to remove? That alone felt extremely misleading. We ultimately left that night because we did not like the final deal presented to us. The NEXT DAY, my husband decided he actually wanted the other truck we had looked at. He spoke directly with both the salesperson and finance department by phone and text. Numbers were discussed. Trade information was reviewed. Monthly payment was determined. He was told to come back and finalize the deal. Believing everything was lined up, he emptied out his trade vehicle at home, got ready, and drove back to the dealership -- only to walk in and see another family actively filling out a credit application for the SAME truck he had just been told to return for. The manager then approached him and said: "We can't take the keys from them, but you're next in line." Excuse me? At that point, the dealership already had ALL of our information, had worked numbers with us, discussed financing, and told him to come finalize the purchase. Yet somehow we were sitting there waiting to see if another customer's credit application would even be approved first. It was approved, and we literally sat there watching them celebrate while realizing the truck we believed we had a deal on was being sold out from under us. That is not how loyal customers should be treated. Our family has purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership over the years, which is exactly why this experience was so shocking. Transparency matters. Integrity matters. Respect for people's time matters. Especially when families are making one of the biggest financial purchases of their lives. At this point, we truly hope corporate or upper management reaches out because this entire experience raises serious concerns about both the dealership's pricing practices and how customers are handled during negotiations. My husband also has a platform reaching over 200,000 people locally, and honestly, this experience warrants a full storytime simply to warn hardworking consumers to ask questions, review every fee carefully, and protect themselves from potential financial harm before signing anything. We would much rather share a positive experience than this one, but what happened here was unacceptable.

After driving over an hour, I checked in and was handed off to Ricky. He gathered my info, made me wait, then claimed the car was "in inventory but nowhere to be found." Instead, he tried showing me other cars in that price range -- none of which were safe or acceptable. When I asked for a manager, Jerry appeared and suddenly declared the Escape had already been sold. Yet, as of this review, the same 2020 Ford Escape is still listed on their website. This dealership clearly values short‑term scams over customer trust or loyalty. Take your money elsewhere.
