It seems they are striving to make things better and even corrected the mileage on the vehicle I was wanting to see. Unfortunately the mileage is still too high for my needs. I was emailed another vehicle that met my requirements and it was well below my price range. I asked about a carfax report for the vehicle and they happily responded with one. Unfortunately the vehicle on the website had 80k miles and the carfax report stated it had 168k miles. That's a BIG difference! Sure, it could have been a misprint, but being failed by AutoNation Ford, South Fort Worth in misrepresentation of a vehicle was enough to make me believe that these particular dealerships are not ones that I wish to deal with. read more

The General Manager leaves a response to call however it is impossible to get a human on the phone when you do call. Two words....STAY AWAY. Recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership, and unfortunately, the experience after the sale has been extremely disappointing. I purchased the vehicle on a Friday and clearly communicated that I would return the following Saturday morning to pick it up, giving the dealership seven full business days to prepare it. A few days later, I was contacted about a license plate mix-up and patiently reminded them that I did not yet have possession of the vehicle. I was assured the issue would be handled. The following Saturday I began to head that way, and as requested I gave my salesman the heads up. I was only then informed that the detailing request had just been submitted and that it would take an hour and a half to be completed. I was initially frustrated but accepted the explanation that they wanted to ensure the vehicle was thoroughly cleaned as it had just rained that week. Upon arriving at the dealership at the quoted time, I proceeded to wait an additional hour and a half before the vehicle was ready. I was also informed that four customers had received mismatched license plates. I was told the person who had mine would return it that same day and that it would then be overnighted to me. I understand that mistakes happen, but it is now Wednesday, and every update I have received has only come after I reached out myself. Having both license plates is important to avoid potential legal issues, so the lack of communication has been frustrating. My biggest concern, however, is the quality of the detailing. The vehicle had been sitting on the lot for more than seven business days, so I expected the detailing to have been completed before my scheduled pickup. Nonetheless before leaving, my salesman told me to inspect the vehicle and specifically said he "did not want to hear complaints later that it had not been cleaned properly." After already waiting approximately three hours beyond the expected timeframe, I was upset. , so I did a quick inspection. The vehicle appeared clean at first glance, so I accepted it and left. Since then, I have noticed new areas that were clearly overlooked every time I get into the vehicle. For context, I have no children, no one has eaten, spilled anything in the vehicle, and no one has even ridden in the back seat since I purchased it. While the vehicle may appear clean at a glance, the number of areas that were neglected is disappointing and, in my opinion, unacceptable. I understand that mistakes happen and that no detail is going to be absolutely perfect. However, if a dealership promises a full detail and has seven business days to complete it, I expect more than a surface-level cleaning. The lack of attention to detail, combined with the limited communication, has left me very disappointed with the overall experience. read more

When inquiring regarding a turn around time last week I was told there are 150 cars ahead of mine. Today 9.10.26 no update from Autonation Ford in Arlington TX. I was told that the foreman has to address this. Not sure what they mean. They have had my car longer than I have owned it. no resolution at all after 10 days. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I have a SERVICE BULLETIN with the exact service procedures, diagnostics steps and parts list. I call this place to get an appointment. First the guy said he doesnt need the TSB number. Then tells me that I need to drop my car off for 3 days to be diagnosed and THEN they can schedule any repairs. I told him that I know exactly what service I need and that the TSB even gives the number of hours to complete the repair for each step of the process, keep in mind, the TSB was issued by FORD. So then he tells me, that I , "will have to drop the car off and get behind everyone else who got there before me to have it diagnosed.". It upset me at first but the audacity was actually a bit funny. I told him that will not work for me AT ALL, thank him for wasting my time and promptly hung up. WHAT A JOKE!!!! read more

I almost didn't come to this location because of other reviews but they had exact vehicle I wanted. The other one available was 3 hours away so I took my chances. So glad I did! Had a great experience. They have a new sales manager who was super nice and on his guys making sure they were following through with everything. The car sales guy Nathan was absolutely awesome! Highly recommend him! He made us feel comfortable, let us explore the truck a bit, and was straightforward. I had a trade in that I was upside down on and they did me right by that too. So I had an service appointment for 5/16/2024. I drove all across town in torrential rain and accidents. Took me over 1 hour and 15 mins to get there. Just for Dave Morrison the assistant service manager to send me away without even looking at my car. I was told to come back in 10 days on may 25th because they're behind. Didn't want to. Yet I regretfully rescheduled anyways. Now I get a call from AutoNation ford saying I need to reschedule my appointment because I missed it. I call back to see what's going on, and they say I don't even have a appointment coming up. And worse I was lied to several times about doing diagonistcs on weekends, whether or not they can or not. Now I can't even get an appointment at all. Whoever is running this place, needs to be fired. You don't mess with customer's time and money like that. I had rental cars and everything lined up. Now I'm having to find yet another place to service my car. And I'm stuck with a car that's messed up and no rental to boot cuz I had to reschedule that on May 25th. I visited this dealership today for a scheduled appointment, but I left without getting my car serviced due to a disappointing experience. I've previously gone to another Ford Dealership, where I've consistently received excellent service.  Since Autonation is closer, I decided to try them out for a recall service over the summer, and I thought I'd give them a chance for my oil change and tire rotation as well. Unfortunately, I was shocked by the pricing and the lack of support I received.  The representative at the counter was unwilling to help me find a solution, such as a coupon or any type of assistance. It felt like my business wasn't valued because if I wasn't willing to pay nearly $200, it seemed like someone else would, so "too bad" for me. I was quoted approximately $204 for an oil change, tire rotation, and wiper blade replacement, plus a labor charge for the wiper blade installation. I find this unreasonable. The other dealership offers better customer service, lower prices, and a complimentary tire rotation so I won't be back! read more

This entire process has been frustrating given the lack of administrative procedures to ensure the vehicle was registered correctly. I suggest that you work to get a collaborative task manager in place to ensure everyone knows the status of each task and who's responsible for action. Further, management would have oversight to ensure employees are accountable and actually doing their job. I personally have to reach out for progress checks and to follow up with your dealership to prevent my son from driving with an expired tag... that's several times now! Your dealership consistently gets poor reviews online because of just this type of behavior and poor service. I recently purchased my dream car as a retirement gift to myself, but what should have been a joyous and memorable experience turned into a complete nightmare -- all thanks to the poor service at Autonation Ford (1400 W I-20 Frontage Rd, Arlington, TX). From start to finish, the experience was plagued with lies, delays, and a complete lack of accountability. I was promised new brakes and rotors -- only to discover that wasn't true. I was told the vehicle would be shipped in 2-3 days -- it took 3 weeks, and once it was finally shipped, no one could even tell me where it was for another 3 days. I was also promised a full tank of gas as a courtesy -- instead, the car arrived on E (empty). When I followed up via email with the salesman, I received no response. I called the dealership to speak with a manager -- only to have my call refused. From the salesman, to the manager, all the way up to the general manager, this dealership failed me at every level. If you're considering doing business with Autonation Ford in Arlington -- don't. They over-promise, under-deliver, and once they have your money, the communication and care disappear. Service department insisted tailgate had been removed, they were going look for any indication of tampering and would not honor the warranty if they could. I went to their parts department to order an intake sensor for my F150. Their price was three times the amount for a similar part at an auto parts store. I asked if they warranty the part due to the high cost. They said they did as long as I kept the receipt. When I tried to install the part, it didn't fit. I brought it back only to find out Autonation Ford would not honor the warranty, and would not refund me for the part. I am out over $200 dollars for a $60 dollar part at an auto store. **Update: Positive Resolution** I was personally contacted by General Manager Kelly Farley around 5:30 PM on Monday. He agreed to meet with me the following day at 10 AM. During our meeting, it was clear that Kelly understood my concerns, respected my perspective, and acknowledged that the situation had not been handled in the best manner. We took the truck for a test drive, and at that point, Kelly committed to covering the cost of the necessary repairs and providing me with a rental vehicle at no charge. While I reiterated that my goal is always to have a positive experience, which unfortunately was missed in this case, I appreciated Kelly's proposal and felt that he was taking the right steps to resolve the matter. However, I also expressed that my preference was to reverse the deal entirely. I believe Kelly fully understood my reasons for requesting to reverse the transaction and took appropriate actions to address my concerns. If you choose to work with AutoNation in Arlington, I would recommend working directly with Kelly, as I feel he genuinely aims to make things right. I came here to look at some trucks and sell my car they ripped me off for my trade in value of my car and only wanted 1,000$ for and all the other dealerships were wanting 3,000$ . The managers in the office were very rude and disrespectful. They run a financing scam just to get you to come in, and when you actually try to buy at the "low advertised price" they say new purchases require THEIR internal financing, which is 2-3x higher (10-16.99% interest) than normal loan rates! Do you know how people say if I could give this place less than one star I would. This is one of those times. So I should've checked the reviews before coming over to this particular Ford for service. But I sort of thought anything could be better than my last Ford service experience in Grapevine, where they didn't seem to really know what to do with the car. At least they washed it there and I got it back the same day. Possibly nothing was done to it but When you get it back after you take it in I think you should probably do a dance. I made an appointment and at the appointment I said what need to be done to the car. I dropped the car off and the service advisor. Amber said that it was a nine hour recall Along with the repair and that it would probably need to be at the facility for 14 days. Well 14 days have come and gone. I called over week ago and got a return call two days later which said that they were going to work on my car this past week on a Monday. It is now a whole week later and I have heard nothing in regards to my car being ready for pick up. It is now been a month that my car has been there. I think I'm going to call the police and report it stolen since it seems I may never get it back from this place. I left a message for Amber once again. I am waiting for her to again tell me that it will be worked on this week when we both know it won't be... I also left a manager possibly the service manager for the whole department a message I'm really not sure. I told him that I want my car back. I want it back serviced and that a month is utterly ridiculous. when I actually get to pick this thing up, I would've paid on it for a whole month and not had a car at all. Who knows where my car has been this whole month. It's probably been out in the weather for all month long when I keep it in the garage. I'm seriously going to retrieve my car this week and have to call around to get other service if they can't complete it. I will never come to this Ford dealership again for anything. It's a nightmare to buy from this Ford Arlington dealer. From the seller Carlos, the financier Ricardo, the head of financing by the way who is very ill-mannered Mr. Regin who for the position he holds does now qualify for it. I bought a truck which at first they did NOT want to respect the price published on the internet because they told me that the interest could be given to me at 9.4%. I bought the truck and they told me that it was approved so that I could take it with me. After 20 days they told me that I had to give them $9000 dollars more of down payment. Logically there is a signed contract and I did NOT agree to GIVE THEM MORE MONEY. They told me that I had to go and sign another contract and that they were going to lower the price of the TRUCK. When I got to the FORD ARLINGTON dealer. Ricardo Benavides told me that I had to give $3000 dollars more to be able to continue with the deal, apart from the $8000 dollars that I had already given them. Not to mention that they raised the interest rate from 9.4% to 16.8% which is $24,000 of extra interest from the contract that we had signed the first time. They said that if I did not sign that new contract I had to return the truck. Of course I will return the truck without any problem but by law and since they are breaking the contract they have to give me back the $8000 dollars I gave for the down payment in the same way I gave them the money: $1200 in cash and $6800 in card They supposedly lowered the price of the truck $6000, but they were now charging me in interest $24,000 more. They are cheaters and liars, the seller Carlos spoke to threaten me, the manager who is of a Hindu race; Regim is very ill-mannered and does not listen to reason he only says that it is not his problem. It is a nightmare to buy here, and I am going to attend the television stations so that they give me their support and to let everyone know that it is a nightmare to buy in this place. It must be noted that at no time have I refused to return the truck but they do not want to return my $8000 down payment. It is sad, I tried to prove that this place owned by the Gates Foundation was a reputable place, went back to purchase a truck we had seen on the lot and researched, we had seen the price on the truck and all that it needed, new windshield, new tires, it was filthy inside and out, with over 100.000 thousand miles on it and asking price was $25 to 30 thousand. Kieso and Leroi decided that since I was a female, older person, and was not accompanied by a man they were going to charge me $47.000 for the same truck. My lawyer called the Bill Gates foundation who had to pay $2.5 million on arbitration for age bias, who promised they would move swiftly to clean house. There's one person who's an asset to this Co and it is Mark the supervisor of services. The rest are grifters, con game artist, and liers. read more

After standing without any acknowledgment for about five minutes a women named Melissa Moshier. The one hour service changed to three hours but they offered me a ride back to work and a ride picking me up. Hope my alignment if fixed... it's a $90k new truck with less than 10,000 miles. I scheduled a service appointment online, six days in advance and showed up to drop my vehicle off. During the course of confirming the requested service items, the representative casually mentioned there was a 7 to 10 day wait BEFORE the vehicle would begin to be worked on. This is a big deal. It wasn't disclosed during the online process and wasn't disclosed upfront when I showed up. Before going further, I should mention that when I drove up, not only did no one come out to meet me, but when I walked inside, none of the SIX service advisors (excuse me, Assistant Service Managers!) acknowledged or spoke to me. What kind of culture and leadership is that? I decided to leave without dropping off my vehicle, and later that morning called to attempt to understand and schedule a service that made sense: where my vehicle would be seen fairly shortly after the appointed time. The phenomena was acknowledged by the representative, who of course had no explanation for why. She was kind enough to give me the service manager's name and phone number. And so I called Mike Camp, AutoNation Ford Arlington's service manager, and left a polite message explaining the situation, asking is there a way to schedule an appointment where service items begin shortly after dropping off my vehicle. No response after 24 hours, so I call and leave a second message - to no avail over 2 days later. So I see where the service advisors get their customer service from: Mike. Because Mike Camp, AutoNation Ford (I subsequently contacted Ford's customer service line), or Ford Motor Company seems to be interested in responding or resolving the matter, I thought it appropriate to share my experience and reading with you via social media. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. What a terrible experience my mother and I shared yesterday. We arrived at AutoNation Ford in Arlington around noon with the intent to test drive 4 vehicles. We were greeted and approached by a new employee, Ivan. He was so new, he didn't even have his Ford polo or business cards yet. However, Ivan was the ONLY employee who seemed to care about servicing us. Ivan asked the typical series of questions when considering a new car. He was very thorough and personable. He informed us that we'd only be able to test 2/4 of the vehicles I wanted, due to one recent sale and the other being in Fort Worth. That's fine. Ivan's trainer, Mark Castillo, then involved himself in the process. I already shared my wants- one of them being a newer used vehicle (2019-2020), "the newer the better" to Ivan. However, Mark tells him to show us a 2018 Edge, because it's "super clean" and ironically Mark informs us that he was the previous owner. Not what I wanted, but sure I'll drive it. Mark asks me if he can make me the deal of a lifetime, would I be willing to buy it. And I said it would have to be one hell of a deal and one hell of a car. It takes forever for Ivan to get the keys, but that's fine, we were patient. Upon initial inspection of the car, my mother and I knew this wasn't the "car of a lifetime". The exterior paint was damaged on the tail rear and right front. One of the tires (also on the right) was significantly duller than the others...in other words, we could tell it had been in some kind of accident. Nonetheless, I gave it a local spin. Unfortunately, due to his inexperience, Ivan really couldn't answer many of our questions as it related to different features. I won't fault him for that, because I already knew enough about the vehicle and he is new. But even the CarFax provided in the vehicle wasn't current. For example, there was a 12k difference in the reported mileage on CarFax and the odometer. We return to Ivan's cubicle and Mark inquires our thoughts on the vehicle. I guess he was surprised that we...didn't like it. So he tells Ivan which Explorer to pull for us next. It took Ivan twice as long to bring up this car than the first. I'm talking close to a 30min. wait. So I just knew THIS would be the vehicle I'd have to take home with me! WRONG. 1st red flag- Ivan warned us that the interior "needed some work". 2nd red flag- There wasn't a pricing sticker in the window of the car. 3rd red flag- The interior contained Cheesecake Factory food containers and half eaten FOOD was out on the floors and seats, front AND 2nd row!! It was sticky. It smelled. My mom literally had to warn Ivan not to sit in one of the seats because the food would stain his shorts. It was absolutely disgusting and unsanitary! I didn't even want to test drive it. But for as long as we waited, I also didn't want to refuse this one. Because who knows what the next one would look like. We'd gone from bad to worse. This Explorer was over driven and the ride was terrible. When we came back inside, they had us wait again to draft up a sales pitch, as if nothing was wrong with either vehicle! When we shared our horrifying experience with Mark and Ivan, they had nothing to say. We were there for THREE hours. Those were the best vehicles you all could show us? Is that what you show potential customers?! AND during Covid-19?! Maybe they didn't want our service? As a Black and pregnant female, coming from a family of sole Ford car drivers (70 years+ for my family), and A-plan carrier, my mother and I have NEVER felt more insulted and disrespected by a dealership experience. I feel so bad for poor Ivan being trained by Mark Castillo. He won't get any sales showing folks cars like those. I was actually a previous customer of AutoNation Ford for services, and now I won't be returning to Arlington for service OR a sale. read more

In 2016 I went to AutoNation to look for a new car, unfortunately, they were not able to give me a deal I felt best fit me. I later bought a car at Vandergriff Chevrolet, it was a fantastic experience. The salesman I worked with in 2016, started calling me and never settled for my voicemail. He would call, not leave a voicemail, and literally called back two minutes later. This wasn't a one-time thing, this continued for several calls. I finally answered his call and told him I wasn't interested in trading in my car at the time and thought that would end his calls, nope. That next week he called to see if I was interested in a trade or if I wanted to look at what was on their lot, again, I wasn't interested. That still, wasn't the end of his calls. I was referred to Justin Pak through a good friend, he never came out to say hello and sent Johnny in his place. Johnny was nice but tone changed after. He mentioned the car I wanted is in service but that they can price match with the one available (different color), that did not happen. I wanted to provide my own financing with my credit union. Chad mentioned how they opted out of that and will require me to do credit with them. I was nervous because I knew I would be upside on my vehicle and wasn't sure I'd get approved with negative equity. They ran my credit 6 times!!!! That is super upsetting after being told I could not do my own financing. Johnny also told me he didn't believe I had an approval through another dealership. AVOID THE SERVICE DEPT My 21 yo son brought his car here bc it lost power on the hwy. I went back with him to provide transportation. The engine light was on, and without even reading the code, the guy listed all the things it could be including kinked or broken hoses and said it would be there 3-4 days and that 175 people were in front of us. Not a single soul was in line or in the waiting room. There was on 1 other car in the 20 car bays. This guy was VERY INTO HIS PHONE ON HIS LAP. And never once looked in my direction as he spoke for 5 minutes, though I was directly in front of him. So I asked a different person to read the codes, or let me pull the codes. 15 minutes later they did this.... which should have been done the first time he were there. Geez, any auto parts store does that immediately. The 2nd service guy was decent and did his job AT MY REQUEST, But the other guy ( maybe the manager) was lazy, condescending to me and my son, could not be bothered to provide even decent service. Of course they have ZERO RENTALS AVAILABLE.. The car needed a purge valve that had been recalled for a different model. I question the Ford brand reliability. I take my truck to Toyota of ft worth for service and I've never been treated this way. I'm surprised they are in business. If his suv needs dealership only work in the future, I will be going to weatherford or Granbury. Ford. It wasn't just unprofessional, the one guy did not even care one wit about doing his job and clearly showed that throughout the entire interaction. Stay away like they got the plague. read more

I wish I could put a negative rating on I made an appointment over 10 days ago for a recall on my car. They texted me 45 minutes before I took it over to the dealership and in the text I was informed they were too busy and didn't have the part anyway. I could still bring the car over but it would sit there for 2-3 weeks before they would do anything. Bad business. Not many people can do without their car for 3 weeks. Definitely will not recommend Auto No Show Nation Ford. read more

Stay away from this place. All of the staff are very aggressive and rude to the customers. Especially Jason Bush. We asked Jason Bush if he could shred our person information and he proceeded to say he didn't want too and that he was going to keep it. Terrible absolutely terrible. read more
