Looking back, I should have paid attention to the red flags - there were very young, inexperienced workers who clearly didn't know what they were doing. I went in for something simple: a battery replacement. The employee who worked on my car seemed extremely jittery, disorganized, and unsure. During the process, he actually cut my gas line - all while I was there for a basic battery install. Because of their mistake, I had to pay to replace both my battery and my gas line. Now, six months later, I'm still dealing with the consequences. My alternator recently went out, and I found out they installed the wrong (smaller) battery in my car, which likely caused additional damage. What should have been a quick, routine service has turned into months of stress and extra expenses. Please save yourself the time, money, and headache - do not go here.

After getting everything situated with the other parties insurance I dropped off my car. The parts were ordered and the repairs done within 9 days. The shop is run by Eric and his wife Valerie. After completing the work my car was washed, tires shined and inside vacuumed. Erik even buffed my headlight that wasn't damaged so it would look a little similar to the new one.
