Looking back, I should have paid attention to the red flags - there were very young, inexperienced workers who clearly didn't know what they were doing. I went in for something simple: a battery replacement. The employee who worked on my car seemed extremely jittery, disorganized, and unsure. During the process, he actually cut my gas line - all while I was there for a basic battery install. Because of their mistake, I had to pay to replace both my battery and my gas line. Now, six months later, I'm still dealing with the consequences. My alternator recently went out, and I found out they installed the wrong (smaller) battery in my car, which likely caused additional damage. What should have been a quick, routine service has turned into months of stress and extra expenses. Please save yourself the time, money, and headache - do not go here.

I went early was told to come. That was fine! I understand that they were busy, but they told me to come back at a specific time (which was 5 again). I went in ten minutes early and gave them my keys. Keep in mind, they knew I was coming back to get my car checked. I ended up waiting an hour just to get my car moved from its original parking space and I'm currently still waiting. What is the purpose of an appointment if my car is not going to be seen nowhere near that time? Just ridiculous. Don't go here if you value your time at all.
