I of course didn't think I was going to save 180 but I was told upon a phone call that I would save at least 80 probably 100. Once completing all the things they said to do, even though I was "preapproved" my credit is ran multiple times and I was not approved so I wasted all the time and ran my credit multiple times for absolutely nothing. 0 out of 10. The job says if you live in the Denver area, you can be trained in Denver but that you must work outside of Colorado. This is in response to the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Autopay does not want to be transparent by posting a salary range for this job. By avoiding transparency, Autopay can continue to underpay women. I wonder what else this company is hiding. read more

worked with Terrance Simmons worst experience ever did everything requested of me timely, sent car title and notarized docs in, to be called and told good news I have a better interest rate, 1% HIGHER than I had been quoted after I initially put my application in. What a joke, when I said no I wanted my initial quote he said my SSN was wrong on the initial application and we had to re-do the loan paperwork with another company. After no contact with Terrance for over a week and my texting him telling him I wanted my truck title back if he was not going to be able to get my original interest rate as quoted he finally texted me saying he had advised me he would be out of the office for a week, (he had not) and he was returning my truck title. so I went thru all if this hassle a soft credit pull on my credit score and I am back at the beginning. This company is a joke. i received a flyer in the mail stating they could get my payment knocked down almost $140. So i filled out the application, submitted the documents, and was told i would have an answer in 2 hours. The next day i receive a text from my loan officer stating I'm approved and to call him. Tried 5 times and went to voicemail. 3 hours later he calls me and instead of telling me my new rate he asks me questions i already answered the day before. After the 10 minute call he tells me he will call me back in an hour with the rate. I thought i was already approved? So 4 hours later, after multiple texts and calls, he calls back like he has a great deal. He tells me that instead of the huge savings they advertised, he was able to drop my payment by $40. But i need to increase my loan out 2 more years, drop gap insurance and my extended warranty. So absolutely no savings and a complete waste of time. Probably why they partner with Credit Karma as it is a big scam to run your credit all day dinging your score. read more

Last summer, we were contacted by an Austin at autopsy regarding my husband still being on his ex's car title and Austin requiring his signatures and such to remove him. Anytime we tried to ask questions to explain the process, Austin would get frustrated, angry, and wouldn't explain. my husband also didn't recall being on his ex's car title at all. when we called the company, 3 separate people told us 3 different answers, but all essentially saying my husband did not need to do anything since he's not on the title. I don't know what this was, but Austin increasingly became frustrated and angry the more we tried to clarify. None of the paperwork we were provided was filled out in its entirety, we were not given permission to inspect or view the vehicle before signing, and the VIN number was incorrect. nothing was corrected even after these issues were pointed out. I don't know what this whole mess was supposed to accomplish, but without a professional representative, my husband refused to sign his name on any of the documentation pending another representative explaining properly, and nobody ever reached back out. Kyle from autopay then called me and I gave him some minor info to get a better idea of my options on his end. I did by no means tell them to move forward with my loan and pull a hard inquiry. After 3 days he didnt hear back from me so he took it upon himself to move forward, and then after the fact text me to let me know they moved forward. On 6/24/21 I came across an ad for autopay located in Denver, CO (autopay.com/refinance) It suggested that I could save money by refinancing my car. On the website FAQ's it states they will do a soft inquiry to see if you are pre-approved. Then after you choose a rate from a lender, that lender will do a hard inquiry which affects your credit score. I started reading the BBB site and reviews and saw that this company was bad news. I have the email where I declined the pre approval. The representative, Noah 'Dammann' tells me he will cancel my account. I don't have an 'account' yet. But he sends me an email saying he could not find lenders for me and would close the account(???) I figured maybe they didn't have another email template...when you get auto insurance quotes, if you don't want the quote, you just move on. There is no account yet. Today, around 5pm, some credit union/bank did a hard inquiry which lowered my score two points! My account had been closed with autopay...how and why does this random bank have permission to check my credit!? Please follow your gut. Don't have autopay chip away at your credit score so they can run your name to banks to make a profit. I work hard to never miss my payments on bills so I have a good credit score. TOTAL POOP!! I went onto lending tree to get a refinance loan for my truck and I ended up getting mixed up with these clowns. It was total POOP and misdirection. The first person you speak with tells you a pie in the sky monthly payment after you answer their questions. Once they give you the actual loan docs; it's been boosted up with gap coverage and a warranty that you didn't ask for. After removing the goodies that you didn't ask for; the monthly payment is higher than what they told you. Then the email comes that tells you that you are approved. After that, you spend time giving them additional information that they need, filling out/signing the loan docs, etc. A few days later they call and tell you the loan you've been approved for and signed the loan documents for..........is no longer approved. And it's not over. this company the absolute worst if things seem like it was easy and smooth be very alarmed that means someone dropped the ball and you will have major issues down the line. Refinanced way before COVID way before tags expired so can't use that as an excuse other than your mistake was caught during COVID and made it harder on my life. I have no tags and can't get tags because they did Not properly trans the title before tags expired and said nothing about it. I've had to stand in DMV lines for hours TWICE in the heat to finally get some type of help and DMV straight said report them to the BUREAU and even sent my case to fraud Dept.DMV felt so bad for me. when I was told things were taken care of and still were not. I paid them to refi my car yet they did not do their due diligence and it's caused so much trouble. Still no tags I've gotten pulled over and it's all there fault and I've paid for my tags already. I truly warn you GO directly through the bank do not use this 3rd party they are a scam and will make you lose your car because they do not do the title work correctly and they will cause irreversible problems. I never answered the phone because they would call me back through a masked number! I finally called back and the representative said AUTOPAY is based out in Colorado. The loan took FOREVER to get processed. New problem every day. Constant issues between Autopay and Hyundai. Autopay seems very inexperienced. Joshua was nice, but didn't seem to have any knowledge of refis in California. I ended up with a $28 late fee on registration because he couldn't get the loan through on time. Minuscule, BUT I was promised by Joshua over and over and over that they'd cover the late fee. EVERY time there was some excuse why I never got the check. Last time I checked in...NO response! REALLY!?!?!? You charge hundreds of dollars on getting the loan but can't return a $28 fee that YOU caused?!? How OK service goes to BAD really quickly. I think I found AutoPay through LendingTree as well. I'll avoid both next time around! read more

I worked with David, who gave me an offer a week ago. The offer was good and my first payment wouldn't be due for 45 days, so I decided to move forward. After a few days of not hearing anything, I reached out to understand the status and it was still under review. I was told it would take 10 days for my current lender to be paid. A full week later, I receive a call stating that the offer wasn't as presented and they needed almost $1000 of a down payment. To David's credit, he was able to cut that down, but how do you present an offer and then change it mid stream? Once I decided not to move forward, I received a canned communication that they couldn't locate a better deal then my current loan...that's a lie. They entire process was bad.
