I was needing to get a new to me car and was really wanting a jeep Rubicon that had a manual transmission. So I went to H.M. Brown to see what they could do and when I got there no one was at the reception desk (I did not make an appointment or anything) and a guy named Macy Marsh saw that I was in need and came out to see how he could help. Mind you I had no appointment, I just dropped in. So I told him what I was looking for in a jeep and he said to give him a little while and he would see what he could do. That same night he texted saying not only did he find one but that it had all the extras too and if I would be interested. I sure was. And to make a long story short he was able to get me the jeep of my dreams in about 48hrs of me coming in with no appointment. Macy and H.M. Brown really came through for me. Thanks again to all made it possible.

Anthony Evege made the car buying experience actually pleasant, HE LISTENED to my preferences, and met everyone and exceeded what I hoped for in a new vehicle, he was just FANTASTIC and professional. This is the first time I have used a broker- HUGE difference from a car salesa. This young man walked me through the process made all communication the way I preferred and never pushed, just stuck with me until I found the right car. Literally painless Anthony did everything I needed and delivered my car persoanlly to my home, and still walked rough all the features forms, including hoping up my garage door opener, phone and music. Car buying a pleasant experience? THAT is a first! Thank you Anthony! H&M Brown, you are lucky to have him!

This is the second car I have gotten through HM Brown and will never go through a dealership. Dominic Bosco worked with my budget and specifications to find my perfect vehicle. He had multiple cars ready for me to test drive when I showed up and patiently narrowed down to find what I wanted. I was able to drive a car right off the lot this time as the first time they shipped a car from Dallas to me. I would recommend Dominic to anyone looking for a vehicle.

If you're in the market for a truck, there is plenty to choose from with their selection of Tundras and Tacomas (definitely the guy-truck crowd!). Autonation has/had a nice selection of gold certified, 2025 4Runners and there was one TRD Premium with only 1,500 miles on it. It was an absolute dream to test drive (everything is nowadays compared to 15yr old "Brady"). Of course, the sticker shock set in once the taxes and fees were added, so I'm still debating any commitment. #ServiceStarShoutOut to Cornell, who was by far the best sales associate to approach us. He took the time to talk with us about the vehicle's features and warranty options without ever making us feel pressured. I totally appreciated his honesty when discussing add-ons, advising us that things like appearance protection (a sticker spotted on many vehicles) aren't always necessary. If you're shopping for a Toyota, I would absolutely recommend asking for Cornell.

I explicitly told the service advisor that I was taking this vehicle on a road trip to another state and needed it to be completely safe. Instead, this service department handed me back a vehicle that was an absolute hazard to drive. The technicians committed multiple severe, amateur mechanical failures: Unbolted Skid Plate: They completely failed to bolt the heavy metal skid plate back onto the underside of the vehicle. A hanging skid plate can easily rip off at highway speeds, causing catastrophic damage to my truck or drivers behind me. Loose Oil Cap: The engine oil cap was barely hand-tight. Had it vibrated off on my road trip, it would have sprayed hot engine oil everywhere, potentially causing an engine fire or destroying the motor. Improper Tire Inflation: After spending over $1,500.00 here, including brand-new tires, they couldn't even fill them correctly. There was a dangerous 10 PSI variance between the tires. When I called the dealership to report these severe safety hazards, the response was incredibly ignorant and dismissive. I was told "sorry this happened, when you come back again tell your service manager." There is zero accountability for putting my life at risk on an interstate trip. This is extreme negligence.

We were connected with Kyle, who at first seemed willing to help and even said he would try to match the trade‑in amount we had already been offered elsewhere. I sent him the documentation, and he called back the next day asking us to come in. Once we sat down to finalize numbers, Kyle became rigid and unwilling to discuss the pricing. When we asked to speak with his manager -- a reasonable request when trying to close a deal -- his attitude completely changed. He became short, dismissive, and clearly annoyed. After we agreed to purchase the vehicle, he simply walked us to the Jeep and said "here you go," without explaining many features, including something basic like what fuel it takes. We were still learning Jeep features ourselves. The Jeep also had no floor mats at pick up, which Kyle brushed off even though we believe they were in the vehicle during the test drive. He said it probably didn't come with this vehicle and that he'd talk to his manager, but we've heard nothing. I even called Jim, the sales manager, and never received a call back. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer care made this a frustrating experience.

Here's what we experienced: I own a 2017 Jeep Cherokee. there is currently a safety recall out for the PTU. When i got the mail letting me know i had the recall. i took it in within the next 2days to get it done. simple process. got it done within the day. gave me a sheet saying the recall was preformed and they had no recommendations for my car. it was in really really good condition! little did i know what was to come... anyways, AFTER getting my vehicle back not even 24 hours after they "preformed the recall" a dash light came on that had correlated TO THE RECALL they had "repaired" so i reach out to brody. my service advisor. he advised me i can bring it back by and do a diagnosis for damn near $300 i said no, because the light that came on was the light for the PTU recall. he then said i could swing by and they can bring the scanner out to the vehicle and get it checked out at no cost. i said id pass by, never got the chance to. day or two goes by. i'm driving to the store and the car completely stops accelerating. engine still had power but no forward movement. i have my fiance look at it since he is a mechanic. turns out it was THE RECALL. so we have it towed to autonation since they were the last one to touch my car. (note: my car has been running PERFECTLY FINE before they got ahold of it) we call them the next day letting them know what happened and they said they would look into it and every time we asked (which is basically everyday) they said they still hadn't gotten anything. couple weeks later they claim they have chrysler involved in this. (i call bs) they supposedly say everyone is involved to help us out. GIVING FALSE HOPE like i bet they do to EVERY single one of their customers. FINALLY after a MONTH. A MONTH, of it sitting in their shop, not having my car. they come back and say. "Chrysler cannot cover this since it it out of warranty." WRONG. i tell them i have that extended warranty by the manufacturer and they still stand on it being out of the warranty even though ITS IN WRITING that my car has a 8yr/125k warranty on the ptu, my car has 117k miles... idiots. finally were fed up. the only helpful thing they did this entire month was let me have a loaner.. Henry the service manager is a total c***su****. so ignorant and so RUDE. to end this headache, we had them put it back together and we towed it to Castle Rock Jeep. they got us an answer, a loaner car and a BRAND NEW PTU, covered PAID FOR BY JEEP, within 1 1/2 week. it took Autonation almost a month and a half to tell me some bs. DO NOT SERVICE HERE. if you're gonna take your car ANYWHERE, make the drive to CASTLE ROCK JEEP. They actually care, and don't see u as a bag of money like autonation does. AUTONATION IS A GREEDY GROUP OF A HOLES.

EchoPark advertises a 190-point inspection and states on its website that vehicles have no fluid leaks and that brake pads under 4 mm are replaced before sale. My independent Audi specialist found: * An upper timing cover oil leak. * A lower oil pan gasket leak. * Rear brake pads measuring approximately 2 mm. When I brought these findings to EchoPark, they acknowledged the oil leaks but dismissed them as "minor seeps" that met their standards and said they would not repair them. Their explanation was essentially that because oil wasn't dripping onto the ground, they didn't consider it a problem. The brake pads were even more concerning. EchoPark's own published standard says pads below 4 mm should be replaced, yet this vehicle was being sold with approximately 2 mm remaining. Only after I pointed this out did they say they would "look into" replacing them. This wasn't a cheap vehicle either. It was priced above the average market value for comparable Q3s, yet would have required nearly $3,000 in immediate repairs according to my mechanic. The most disappointing part wasn't even the condition of the car. It was the response. Rather than standing behind their inspection process or working toward a reasonable resolution, they simply dismissed legitimate concerns identified by an independent German automotive specialist. If I had trusted EchoPark's inspection instead of paying for my own, I would have driven home in a vehicle with multiple oil leaks and brake pads at the end of their service life. If you're considering buying from EchoPark, spend the money on an independent pre-purchase inspection. It may save you thousands.
