Personnel courtois et sympathique. Service en français, surprenant pour l'ouest de Montréal. Tout se déroule bien jusqu'à la livraison, une fois la livraison effectuée, tout le monde disparait. 800$ pour une inspection/certification mais aucun rapport! Promesses non respectées ! Quasi impossible de savoir si le changement d'huile à été fait! Aucun suivi de satisfaction! Le ménage du coffre à gants n'a pas été fait, restait beaucoup de documents personnels de l'ancienne propriétaire. J'oserais jamais acheter un véhicule neuf chez ce concessionnaire ! read more

Most disrespectful dealership I have dealt With. Poor communication in customer service and service/parts. sold us a 2017 Impreza with 6 months of warranty that was left that was FULL of issues that continuously came up and shouldn't have if correctly properly the 1st time (ex: struts were "replaced" 3x in the 1 year we had the car). During the sale of the car, the dealership agreed to provide us with winter tires. When you spend $18k+ on a car you assume (apparently wrong) that the tires would be new. We found cracks in them this year and took to the tire company to get assessed and they stated they are 2011 tires!! extremely disrespectful move on their part. A respectful person would let us know the tires we are "giving" you only have a 1-2 years left or provide us with new tires!! read more

Really just the least interested customer service possible. Keep bringing in my car as they cannot do a full check in order to tell me everything that needs to be done. This way they consistently get to up-charge me. Changing dealership and will never get a Subaru again once this car is done. read more

Horrible experience. I went there to shop for a new car. The sales guy was treating me like I would never be able to afford his car. He asked me a few questions (very few) gave me a price and that was it. He didn't offer to give me any information. He pointed the car from a distance and that was it for me. I went to several dealership on everyone of them I spent at least 1h. Lexus kept me there for over 2 hours. Took me for test drive. Explained me all the details. So did Toyota, Honda, Audi, Mercedes... If you do decide to go there I wish you have a better experience than I did... read more

I had a bad experience too. Went in to buy a certified pre-owned 2015 Subaru Outback. Financed for $32000. Had it inspected by the APA and it needed over $6000 in repairs! Know what they said," we haven't finished our inspection and it should all be covered under warranty anyway" certified pre-owned is horse crap. Chose the coldest most snow filled day to try a Subaru. Two models I was looking for are apparently rare, so salesman took his time and dug only available vehicle out of snow and took care of prices and info while vehicle warmed for road test (along with coffee). 2nd model was his own personal vehicle that he let me get a feel for, and drive around the lot, as is on a waiting list. Great drive, even better service. I invested 2 hours that ensured that I will be going back. Great family atmosphere. Recommend to anyone wanting quality care. read more

I cannot comment on the after sales service as I chose not to buy a car there. Searching for a Subaru Impreza in the colour and trim I wanted, I started my search at Subaru des Sources, as it is the closest one for me. They had a couple of suitable models in stock, although a little high priced. After a test drive we concluded that this was the model we wanted. From there the experience went downhill. The salesman was not interested in discussing the price at all and was somewhat rude and sarcastic. He indicated that we these cars sell fast at this time of year and might be gone if we didn't make a decision quickly. Having done our homework, we know the local market prices for the model and also knew that that this car had been on the lot for several months (and it still is a few weeks after). We decided to think about it. Surprisingly, there was no follow up from our salesman, or perhaps not surprisingly given his arrogance. I returned later in the week to see if he would be interested to talk about a deal and include the necessary snow tires (required by law in Quebec). He argued on a technicality that it isn't illegal to drive the car away from the dealership without winter tires, then said that maybe he could find some used ones. And he added that that I was lucky he was there because I had not called him in advance before showing up. He told me to call him before showing up next time. Pure arrogance. My thought was that perhaps I would have been lucky if he wasn't there and maybe I could have spoken to a salesperson who actually wanted to sell a car. I decided at that point that I was not buying one there and proceeded to shop at several other Subaru dealerships before finding the right car and deal, which I purchased on the spot. What I find interesting is that Subaru des Sources is owned by the Dilawri Group as is des Sources VW next door. The VW dealership where I purchased a VW and regularly have it serviced is one of the finest dealerships I have ever experienced, sales, after sales and service are all top notch. You would think that they would have common best practices in training their customer facing people. read more
