Worst experience as Hyundai customer, went it for a warranty repair. Joelle forgot to book my rental car, she then do a reservation at Enterprise but they had no cars. Why send me there if there's not car?? Was told the car ready at 4pm Then when I arrive at 4pm I'm told it needs an alignment and I have to wait... The GM took me in his office not to apologize but rather to lecture me about how my last name is German and thats why I'm not happy and hard to please. What?? I had wasted a whole day waiting for a rental which Enterprise didnt have. I never was able to go to work and visit my clients. Then I finally get my car after another hour wait and the rigid carpet from the drivers side was missing... The car wash guy said he didn't see it. No one would help me until one mecanic was nice enough, a white guy mind you. I was treated horribly as a customer, like all that happened was my problem because I'm a white woman with a German last name??? You should really review how dealerships address the service. I've been a Hyundai customer for 15 years, 3x purchases and this is very disappointing and feel like changing brands. I cannot believe the treatment I got today!!! Just spoke with George Popescu, Gen. Mgr. regarding my negative comment under Customer reviews about the Elantra 2013 purchased there. Claims the car was checked completely before purchase and in good condition. Is that why the coolant was all the way at the bottom of the reservoir when I received the car? The horn wire was cut? The steel base running around the entire car is heavily rusted and soft which limits the life of the car? Back rim was heavily damaged? Front right rim is crooked etc. etc.? His verdict: Sell the car, take the loss, and buy another one. This dealership truly does not care about the customer whatsoever only the sale. He got frustrated and ended the conversation without offering to repair any of the damages. This dealership is Not to be trusted whatsoever. Their interaction with clientele leaves a lot to be desired. I do Not recommend this dealership. read more

we bought a 2023 Cadillac XT5 in July with 27 km the car add 4 summer tires told me I add 4 Yokohama winter tires, took a quick view at one tire very good shape when I got them installed in November, the garage were I went told me that I add 2 Yokohama very good and 2 GT radial no good Contacted my salesman he said he couldn't help me, They gave me director of sales David Rost, left him messages never got back to us, very disappointed of that service very bad It cost 600.00 to get to new Will never recommend this dealer to anyone not trustworthy read more

Very bad customer care unprofessional please dont waste your time. Avoid Hyundai West-Island like a plague.

My car died in the freezing cold of late January 2019. I was lucky enough to be towed to Hyundai West Island that late afternoon. From the moment I arrived to when my car was fixed the next morning the people there could not have been more helpful or professional. Mr. Popescu, General Manager, and Mr. Guilbault, Service Advisor did what they could so late in the day to consult with me about my car and Hyundai's Roadside assistance programme. Being 350km from home they even provided me with a computer to search for a hotel. My car was fixed by the next a.m. and I could head home with confidence. Not a fancy dealership but from my experience an honest service department. They will not do repairs unnecessary. Of course they offer courtesy rides to work or home plus pick up service if you are within a certain distance. read more
