The Staff has a pressure washer to help clean the back of the vehicle, but they just stand there and do a random squirt. My vehicle is never clean on the back window and hatch after going through the wash. The wheel cleaner has been "out of order" for more than a month, and the underbody wash appears to not be functioning at all. Vehicle is still dirty underneath and wheel wells. Then when it snows, they shut the car wash down when I need it the most when on the way home, so I don't have a slushy salty mess in my garage!!! Online it lists their hours from 7A to 8P Mon-Sat & 8A to 6P on Sundays. So why are the shutting down early!!!? What good is this Car Wash when they have broken down equipment that they don't bother fixing. I am cancelling my membership!

Poor communication, does not deliver what is promised, and feel like I have been ripped off. Super disappointing because I purposely looked for a local business I could support and then this happens. Fully stocked with soap, wax, etc. I've never paid and only been able to get water. Tuesdays they run a $.50 special. The time limit is a little lower but you can still get in a decent wash on a car-pick up truck for around $2.00-2.50. There is also a touchless car wash bay if you don't want to was yourself. I've never used it so not sure how great it works. Every car I've seen come out of it looks well washed.
