However, the interior cleaning was amazing, especially for $60ish. Sure, you can probably get a slightly better deep cleaning at a detailing service, but that will cost you $200 or more. For $60, they vacuumed everywhere, cleaned all of the seats and dashes, and made the floor mats look spotless. It was a complete transformation. And it all only took about 45 minutes (there's a great coffee shop a couple blocks away, look at my reviews for info about that while you wait). He was able to clean all the dirt and grime from between the seats, stuff that other detail shops have left behind. He's not the cheapest but he's definitely not the most expensive in the area. VERY easy commute. 2. Appears like a small family Hispanic operation of EXTREMELY hard hard fast thorough workers 3. Starts with a high pressure soap blaster handled by the female owner along with a fellow furiously scrubbing the car with a long handled soap dispensing 12 inch wide brush. 4. You remain in the car Neutral, and the top massive huge moving brush/ mop ( with wide thick fabric pieces) most thoroughly scrubs the car top and top sides ( rare in car washes) while side brushes simultaneously hit the car sides. Very GOOD scrub. 5. Next I liked the thorough rinse then the MANY powerful air blasters ( more than normal) drying the car 6. Two fellows at the end RAPIDLY and so thoroughly hand wiped the car dry. 7. I was MOST thrilled by the TOP quality rare beautiful wax shine on my car. With a black car, I have always always sought out top quality wax for my car. Very excellent!! I purchased the Works wash, and while the wash itself was okay, it was nothing special and there was no tire shine applied. After the wash, I moved over to the interior cleaning area to use the vacuums. I tried four different vacuum stations and none of them were working properly. Three had very little suction, and one was completely inoperable. The floor mat washer was also not working. I spoke with an attendant about the issue and was told the vacuums were working fine, which clearly wasn't the case. I eventually had to speak with the manager to get a refund. During that conversation, he blamed customers for being rough on the equipment and said they had just spent $5,000 replacing vacuum motors. I do appreciate that they ultimately issued a refund, but the condition of the equipment and the initial response from staff made for a frustrating experience. If the vacuum area--which customers can clearly see--is in this condition, it makes me wonder what kind of shape the brushes and other components inside the wash tunnel are in, since those are the parts actually touching customers' vehicles. This location could really benefit from better maintenance and a more customer-focused response when issues are raised.

The front of my vehicle--where bugs and grime build up--rarely comes out clean. I've noticed there's an automatic sprayer aimed at the front, but honestly, it doesn't do much. What's really needed is the handheld sprayer that staff can use while vehicles go through, but it's never used. I understand the importance of keeping cars moving efficiently, but for the price, customers want and deserve a car that actually looks clean. Another frustration is that staff on-site can't (or don't) assist with changes to your wash plan. Anytime there's an issue, you're told to contact customer service instead of being helped in the moment. It would be much more convenient and reassuring if small adjustments or questions could be handled right then and there. Overall, I do like using Crew Carwash, but seeking other unlimited wash plans at different places. Prior to the wash, there is a human who pre-soaks the vehicle, which is incredibly helpful, especially on the first wash after winter. While I didn't catch the name of this human, they were kind and helpful in making sure my car was as clean as possible. The whole experience of the Deluxe wash took about four minutes and is worth the price. My car was cleaner with a nice waxy shine. Definitely going to return!
