When I got there to get it towed, they had completely snapped my key off and it is stuck in the ignition. So no wonder they hadn't worked on it they couldn't even turn it to neutral to move into shop. They never told me either, they consistently lied to me just feeding me bullshit I am so frustrated with this place and I rarely write reviews. So I hope this saves somebody the trouble off accidentally getting towed to or making an appointment at this hell hole.

They go me in right away and despite a delay on my appointment was still way sooner than the competition and far more convenient. He was super friendly and got it done way sooner than we expected. My appointment was 10am-2pm (not a normal appointment time but they squeezed me in due to my windshield being delayed but weather happens) and he finished at 10:50, quick and easy! He was cracking jokes and gave me his card in case anything happens too. Super nice guy and I will be coming back but hopefully not for a while!

He did a scan with my vehicle and went through everything with me for transparency. He stayed professional throughout the whole process. Poor guy had to deal with a customer who drives a Lexus before me and that customer was so rude and was screaming at him and I felt really bad for him. Ray got my windshield replaced for an hour a half instead of 2.5 hours like what he informed me. The windshield installation looks really good and I definitely recommend this place.

I would absolutely recommend this location. I received multiple texts preparing me for the appointment. When I arrived, they asked if i would be staying or going. I had my son with me and we decided to walk around the area. It was originally quoted that it would take 90-120 minutes, but I got a call after 30 minutes! They were so fast! When I got back with my son, the tech Levi noted he had also vacuumed my front seats/floorboard and cleaned my dash! Very impressed! Levi was excellent to work with and he went above and beyond!

The waiting room was relatively clean. They had a TV, hand sanitizer out and social distancing signs up. The other service worker was very considerate and friendly to the other customer. I would highly recommend Safelite to anyone for windshield replacement.
