Went to the self serve today for the first time. Really disappointed in the quality and the price of self service. I washed with high pressure wash and high pressure rinse TWICE and my car still has a layer of dirt. Ultimately spent $15. My car still looks dirty and isn't even dry. Would love to rate this Autowash better but it consistently has one or two autowash bays down. Here I am, once again in a huge line for the one open bay. Do yourself a favor and do not come. This location is convenient when everything is working. But it has been a little inconsistent over the last couple months. We got one of the membership packages to take advantage of the dog wash, and the car was just an added benefit to us. Either way I would say with a car wash and an occasional dog wash after going to the dog park, we get our value and moneys worth out of it monthly. The dog wash is a good option for dogs that may not like baths as you can strap them in making it difficult to escape the tub. But we have had MANY occasions where the soap either wasn't flowing or was completely out. generally isn't super clean. It feels like owners fail to clean up after themselves leaving a mess behind for us. Additionally they have moved to digital screens for payment. That caused issues for a few weeks. But it seems like they have fixed that now. The car wash is fine, a typical brushless car wash. If you want to get the top layer of dirt off, it will do that. If you want your car to be spotless, you will have to do some work after your wash. But there are plenty of options based on what you are looking for. In general, this is a fine location. But our frustration with the dog wash makes it feel like they could do a better job of managing this location. In general I have a positive look on this business and location. However, with those inconsistencies have taken a toll on how I'd rate them. Typically I'd probably give them a 4 star, but those hits have cost a star in my eyes. read more

I love Autowash because they're one of the few car wash spots that use ceramic coating safe chemicals. I also love the subscription option when you use their app--saves me tons of money over the course of a long period of time! I also love that this location is open 24 hours. I haven't been to many other locations because I always go to this one since it's so close to my house. However, every time I come, it doesn't matter which automatic station I use. There's always SOMETHING glitchy or abnormal about the machines. I have dents on my passenger side due to the machine hitting too close and hard. Other times, the water pressure is so mild that I feel my car is still dirty. So inconsistent and professional. Maybe because this location doesn't get as much maintenance care as others? I never see a worker or attendant no matter the time of day or how I busy. Do not recommend due to the dents on the side of my car. read more

Thought it was a great car wash (besides the drying which is pretty bad really), but the customer service is so bad I cancelled my subscription. You can only have the app on one device, regardless of how many cars you have. So you and your spouse for instance, can't both use it. I called to ask what they could do and I was told they could do nothing. Blamed the app developer and the Apple App Store, and then offered to be able to change the associated device "once" for me. So good luck if you get a new phone every year like a lot of people do. They lost my subscription really fast. Need to figure out a better system, cause that one lost them a customer. And believe me I won't be recommending them to anyone, which I probably would have before. read more

Attached are pictures of a chemical film that was left on our new car after visiting Autowash. I notified Autowash customer service immediately upon returning home and was told to bring the car in to their headquarters the following day for them to have their detail team look at it and buff out the paint (they even made an appointment for doing so). After a 45 drive to their location on a Sunday afternoon, they made no attempt to buff out the paint, despite them having suggested the appointment the day prior. While in their office, we reviewed the video of our car entering the wash, which had great resolution and clearly showed no marks on the car. Unfortunately, the video of the car leaving the bay was dark and obviously still wet (as evidenced by the water spots visible in the attached picture) and was, in my opinion, inconclusive. Autowash's said the the chemical film visible couldn't have been caused by their system. Because I never left the car unattended prior to noticing the film, I believe that whatever chemicals that are used in their process developed a film once the car was "air-dried' on the way home in a similar manner to the way water spots form...which I'm sure Autowash would say isn't possible, but are also visible in the attached pictures. When I asked whether the detail team could try to buff out the affected area in lieu of the "free" new customer detail, I was told that they would give me a $100 discount on a complete detail...inside and out...which costs north or $300. I responded that paying for a complete detail on a brand new car, was a waste of money, however, the customer service rep claimed they couldn't modify their service to just focus on the outside paint. I was amazed at the inflexibility and lack of customer focus related to this issue and asked that Autowash's owner, Dennis Dreeszen, call to discuss my concerns. I thought is was a reasonable request, particularly since he occasionally responds to customer issues on Yelp. Instead, I was told it was the customer service team is responsible for dealing with these issues and that the owner doesn't get involved in customer issues. It's an understatement to say how disappointed and frustrated I am with the Autowash customer service team. Instead of being proactive about addressing my concerns, they chose to be defensive and unresponsive. I think the Autowash touch-less concept is great, however, because of the issues we experienced first hand, I would have a hard time endorsing the company's willingness to take care of the customer. read more

Unfortunately after having this membership for a few months I will be cancelling my membership as the quality of this place has gone down extremely. Dog wash: There seems to be nobody cleaning this place. Every time I have used this place it's been filthy. Fur is everywhere in the showers and chunks of fur on the floor. Nothing is being wiped down and there is scum build up on the dog wash stations which makes me never wash my dog here again. Also they have two stations, the one on the right only gives you 15 minutes and the one on the left gives you 20 minutes. Seems inconsistent especially for someone who's not paying for a membership and paying for the wash itself. The people washing their dogs should take the 30 seconds to disinfect the tub after the wash however there needs to be more deep cleaning done. Car wash (automatic): There is ALWAYS one or two stations closed leaving only one open. That creates such a long line any time of day I've gone and it's very inconvenient. Beyond this I can look past, the wash itself has become horrible. The soap/suds are barely anything anymore (as if you guys are always low on product now). I understand with product shortages it may be more difficult. However, maybe offer an incentive of a cheaper membership rate or communicate this with your customers if that's the case! My car always had so many water marks and is not that much cleaner after each wash. The dryer system definitely needs some work. My car looks as though I just sprayed water on it and called it a day. It's become to a point where I don't know why I have a membership to a place with somewhere I can barely ever fit it that's convenient with time, get poor quality wash, and can't even use the dog wash anymore due to feeling unsanitary and unsafe for my dog. Mind you, I typically wash my car here at least one a week for the past couple of months and 95% of the time it has been more and more disappointing. It shouldnt be a place where I question am I getting a good wash today or bad one before I go. I hope you improve your quality as there is ton of potential here. read more

This place is very unreliable. 9 out of the 10 times I have tried to get a wash here, there have been problems. Usually only 1 of the 3 auto wash stalls are working. This results in super long wait times (45 min or more). -2 stars. That being said, when the stalls are working and you don't have to waste an entire hour to come here, they do a pretty good job of getting your car clean. Drying is not very good, but what car wash is? +1 star I hate to end on a sour note, but the worst of all is one experience I had here. I came at night to try to avoid the long waits. Upon entering the auto wash stall, it was completely full of hot steamy air, to the point I could not see the guide rails on the floor, anything in front or to the sides. I proceeded to pull straight in the best I could while being completely blinded. Car wash starts and does one pass. Everything is fine. On the pass back to the front of the car, the machine completely grabs and rips apart my driver side mirror. Completely unacceptable! There should be some sensor or emergency stop to prevent this from happening. I immediately called customer service to see what could be done to make this experience better and to help with the damage to my vehicle. No answer and I get sent to Voicemail. It's a car wash. One thing I like about this car wash is that the blowers clear out well before they dry the car.

This Carwash use to have a full time attendant who would keep the stalls clean, I vacuum and wash my car and as soon as I get in, I have gravel & soap on the carpet because the stalls are dirty and look like they're cleaned once a week if that!!! SOAP!!! I like plenty but it takes $2 more just to rinse off the soap. The good thing is is rarely broken or out of service. I will be taking my business somewhere else. read more

The price is awesome!On occasion there is some issues like equipment not working but they are really good at being on top of that. The app was a bit frustrating at first, we weren't used to the wash completed button so the next day after it rained we went back and it wasn't available until 11pm. Used to come by for the new technology here in the full service bays, and the dog wash, but I won't recommend this place to anymore of my "carguy" buddies. The app is glitchy and does not always work. Also, if you accidentally pick the wrong wash, there is no way to change it even if you cancel immediately. Over the last few months the drying cycle during the Superior Wash had been pretty much useless especially on the far right lane. To add insult to injury I took off my winter wheels and tires a couple weeks ago and had my summer wheels damaged the day after I put them on by the razor sharp metal on the tubular wheel guide that your front wheel sits in. I called and left a message about the malfunction in the app twice and then called about the damage to my wheel and have not received a return call or any help! read more

In an autowash mid wash the machine stopped working. I called the number on the wall and spoke to Diallo. He said I could get back in line and he'd give me a code to get the soap off my car or refund me for the wash. I asked with a tech on site if they could just reset the wash, but was told there is no way to reset the machine. The tech on site gave the go ahead for the next car to go ahead into the bay and monitored the wash. There is no reason I couldn't have stayed and had him monitor my wash verses getting back into the line of cars I had previously waited in. Terrible customer service! read more

We have a membership here and every time we go to use the automatic they are broken!! The lines are out of control because there is never a time when all 3 bays are working! When you call the number listed they are rude! Don't waste your time or money! We will be canceling our membership! Also now partners of the broncos what a joke!!
