Other car washes charge double that amount. But also, I'm never in line for too long, and the car washes quickly, so I don't have to worry about being there for more than 15 minutes. The only drawback I've found is their limited hours; they close at 7 PM, which can be inconvenient for those with other commitments, as it may be difficult to get to the car wash before they close. There's one employee, a new guy named Vance, who is especially kind and always has a smile on his face while he guides you through the process. He does a thorough job scrubbing your car. It doesn't necessarily look new but the equipment was in good shape and not worn. Since my car was filthy I needed to use the foam brush. The brush part looked brand new and did the job of cleaning all the gunk out from my car. At the beginning, I swiped my credit card and it only gave me about 7 minutes to complete the job. I kept going (with the foam brush) after the time had run out thinking that I'd swipe my card again to rinse the soap and spray clear coat protectant. Then this gentleman, all of a sudden, appeared in my stall with a nice smile on his face. Not only did he sprinkle salt in my stall (as it was a very cold day and there was ice in some parts of the concrete) so I wouldn't slip, he inserted more than enough quarters into the machinery so I could finish off my job! He said, "I'm the owner of this car wash." I was really shocked to see his kind and selfless gesture. He is not there to make profit; he's there to help people wash their cars by walking around with a bunch of quarters in his hands and pockets. I genuinely thanked him for his top nod customer service and care! This car wash place rocks!!

Somehow every single time I am here most of the pumps have yellow bags over them and are out of fuel. I can understand if this happens once....maybe twice, but it is seemingly every time. This last time I drove around almost the whole pump station before I found one that was available and in good working order. I always like to pay inside as I do not trust the pay-at-the-pump credit card machine. I went in and the attendant was very pleasant. She did inform us though that they no longer are teaming up with King Soopers/Kroger to give discounts on fuel. She instead offered their new SmartPay Rewards card which is free. It allows users to save just 10 cents a gallon. I took the rewards card so I could look into the details when I got home. Once home, I downloaded their free app and started signing up so I could save the 10 cents. I have never had a free app or any app for that matter be so nosey! It was like trying to take out a mortgage with the information they wanted! Here is the information they want just so you can "save" a measly 10 cents: 1. Your driver's license number 2. Your bank routing number 3. Your bank account number 4. The last 4 digits of your SSN! Um....no thank you! "Saving" 10 cents a gallon literally is only saving me $1.40 when I fill up my 14-gallon tank. On the bright side, the store is clean and they always have a good variety of snacks. I loved seeing they had All Pink Starburst! If you are in a pinch and they actually have fuel here, it is right off of the highway, but if you can wait a few miles and go elsewhere, I would do that.
