The Autowash Showroom did such a fantastic job with detailing both of our cars that I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Our family car has never been detailed in the three years we've had it. Couple that with a toddler who can't help but spill various juices and foods on the backseat near his car seat, and I figured Autowash had quite the feat on their hands. Lo and behold, the car came back with an interior that looks just like the day we bought it! We were also relieved to see that they're taking COVID-19 precautions. Upon arrival, we called the front desk and an employee came out with paperwork for us to fill out next to our car. There is no waiting in the lobby, so we made sure to have one car scheduled for a detailing at a time and the other one to drive us home. The essential detail took about three hours each time. We got a call once the detailing was complete, and the payment process was contactless. We're so impressed with the workmanship that we've decided to get our cars detailed once every quarter. I had signed up for Autowash membership because they are the only company that I have found that their touch less washes actually really wash your car. Typically if it is a "touch less" service you will find that there is still dirt in areas especially on the lower half of your car. On all my previous cars I would just use non touch less washes, but was told that I should only use a touch less wash with my Tesla Model X, to help prevent damage to the sensors. I had tried their wash out a couple times prior to becoming a member because I didn't want to sign up if it didn't really clean your car. I was pleasantly surprised when I found that their washes really do wash ALL your vehicle. Best touch less car wash I know in Colorado. With the membership you get a free exterior detail/wax. I was able to schedule and reschedule my appt (do you weather) all online and was so easy to use. When I finally had my appt the staff (Nikki & Sarah) there were super nice, professional and friendly. They were super prompt on starting on time and finishing on time. My car looked amazing! I will be definitely use them again for any further detailing I require. *** side note, if you go for your yearly detail, tip at the time you get your car back. As you won't get an invoice for you detail, so you can't tip through that. (I went back two days after and gave tip because I learned that the hard way). read more

I enjoyed using the car wash. Although the new app sucks. They make it very hard for a couple that aren't around each other very much to get their cars washed. It's a Wash a day, that's what I pay for why can't my wife use the app also. They now offer a family plan for an extra 15 bucks, there's a lot of car wash competition out there. I do like their products, it's a tossup between them and Adams polishes. One bonus about going to the showroom at Adams is the knowledge that the secretary has in their products. I had an exterior detail done and as i waited i was curious in a couple products that I haven't used in the past. The secretary couldn't really explain to me their products why there are different types of towels. She went to lunch so I asked her replacement she just put on her headphones and ignored me pretty poor customer service if you ask me. read more

On August 28 I took my vehicle in for a COMPLETE EXTERIOR DETAIL which is to include clay decontamination and swirl removal in the cost which neither was ever performed!! When I pointed this out to the "detailer" I was told that he was only required to give me 60% of what I paid for!!! The paint is rough to the touch abs still had swirls!! Seems he just hands waxed my car abs the receptionist said she would have a manager call me on Sunday which never happened!!! I've never used a detail service before, and now I'm sorry I ever tried to clean my own vehicle interior. Autowash did an amazing job on my car, making it feel like a brand new vehicle. I love my 4Runner. I am ultra particular where I take it for a detail because I want the best for it. This leads me to trying many detailers because there is usually at least one thing that I do not like about the way something was done. I can say with confidence that I will return to AutoWash. AutoWash is a 45 min drive from my house, but because they did absolutely everything right, the commute is a nonissue. Booking was easy. Communication with the shop was seamless. Sarah and her team over at AutoWash did an amazing job on my F150 today. I had a number of spots where the clear coat had been burned through from when I'd removed some pinstripe from the previous owner... you CAN NOT tell it was ever there. They dressed my plastics and tires, cleaned the engine, washed/did a clay bar Tx/buffed/paint corrected/waxed. Probably not a good idea to offer PPF (paint protection film) if you do not have someone working in the shop skilled enough to properly install the product. On May 18, I dropped off my brand new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon for PPF and tint. The tint install went as planned, however, PPF is a whole other conversation. I requested coverage for the following areas: Full Grille Full Hood Full Fenders Full Fender Flares (front) Full Windshield Surround Headlamps Fog Lamps Daytime Running Lights After picking up the vehicle on May 23, I noticed the daytime running and fog lamps had no protection. I returned the following day, May 24 and advised the protection was omitted. No problem...I take it back and the protection is added. Later that day, I notice the trim around the grille is also missing coverage and the main grille has large gaps that leave it vulnerable to rock chips. Again, I return the vehicle to the shop to have the missing coverage added. I returned to the shop on May 25 to pick up the vehicle only to be advised there is nothing they can do about the gaps in protection on the main grille as the installer isn't skilled enough to free cut the film. Fast-forward to May 26 when I discover there are numerous pieces of black lint and grit trapped under the film that was installed on the hood. I didn't bother to waste my time returning to the shop after this discovery because I was pissed and had already been advised the skill level wasn't there. The lint and grit also extended to the front fender flares and today the installer in Tempe, AZ advised me the windshield surround and various other areas are lifting and collecting dirt. In addition, most of the bubble didn't settle or had raised bumps once they did settle due to the trapped debris. And here's a gem for everyone...the left headlamp coverage appears to have been installed over bug splatter. So to make a long story short, most of the PPF installed by Autowash has to be replaced due to shoddy workmanship. The grille, hood, fender flares, headlamps, and windshield surround has to be removed and replaced by a qualified installer to the tune of $1800. The ceramic coating I planned to have installed is on hold due to this mess as it will enhance all the Autowash flaws. I have been having PPF installed on my vehicles for the better part of 20 years and have never had any issues until now. And I have had a discussion with the bank used to pay Autowash $1800 for amateur work performed on the vehicle. For anyone looking for PPF for their vehicle and considering Autowash for the work, consider another installer and make sure they use a quality material such as Xpel or Suntek. read more
