I have contacted customer service multiple times regarding the scratches on my car, and on the rare occasion I reach someone, they always say that a supervisor will get in touch with me--but they never provide a timeframe. It's now been two months, and I still haven't heard from anyone. I'm extremely disappointed with how the company has handled my claim. I will not be returning or recommending this car wash to anyone. I've been going to this car wash for years and it's always been adequate. I went a month ago and they had no clean towels to dry my car so I grabbed one that had been used but was only slightly damp. When I went today, I asked the attendant when I paid for my wash if there were any towels and was told their drier wasn't working so they had no towels. Oh, and the basic one-time wash went from $10 to $12. (Maybe to buy a new drier?) read more

Returned for another wash today. Basic car wash fine. After that though detailing area covered in trash, some broken glass. Vacuums barely had pressure even after I went around and reinserted nozzles left outdoor holsters. Sad to see continued decaying capabilities. read more

First - they claim to be a "touchless" carwash facility. Not true, and the flailing brushes scratch your paint. Avoid this if you have ceramic coating, or new paint. As pointed out by other reviewers, they do not accept responsibility on damages. My first and only time there, late last March, their track wheel holders slipped of a couple times on my month-old new car causing it to jump the tracks. This made me inspect and find scrape damage on two wheels on the same side. The store manager filled out an damage claim at that time. After six weeks of me calling their corporate customer service, they finally called back, and at first disputed the claim out of hand. Then they mentioned that they run continuous video monitoring. I asked that they 1) look at this video and 2) share it with me. If there is no evidence of the car bucking off the wheel guides, then I will let it be. They never called back nor sent any video. It is now end of June, and all further calls to their "customer service" get no response. Originally I pointed out scratched swirls caused by the carwash brushes in the factory new paint to the manager, but he would not admit to causing them, nor admit to the untruth about being "touchless" car wash. This is an excellent car wash! Hah, I am nerding out over a car wash... who am I, really? The prices are fair and it seems like they can give you some deals in line if you start asking questions! I love that they have spots to clean out your car and all kinds of devices to really get your car clean! The suction is great and there is this blower thing that I didn't realize until I was done which is great for getting those crevices cleaned out!! And they have a floor matt washing machine -- what the what?! So awesome all of this is available! The best car wash ever, lol. read more

I used this location on 6/14/24. My hood and windshield were damaged. I filled out the claim form with an employee who took pictures. It is now almost a month and a half later, and I have heard from no one, I cannot get in touch with the site manager, and there is no phone number to call. The guy who you see first, who you pay, was very nice and helpful. My car was really dirty from driving through the mountains while it was snowing. I upgraded and got the $21 wash but really just wanted the thick layer of grime off my car. The second guy who tells the machine which wash you paid for did only that. I've always wondered why some places sponge down the front grill and back before the wash, we'll now I know. It looked pretty clean that night but in the AM went I went to get in it, I noticed the front looked like it hadn't even seen water and parts of the back looked the same. No one answers emails and when you call their customer service number, it just rings and sends you to a voicemail which no one ever calls you back. I requested my membership to get canceled and they still charge you. Had to get my credit card company involved to stop payment and to dispute the charges. What a complete hassle and waste of time. I have a membership , I've tried to get my vehicle washed 30 minutes before the posted closing times . As that is when I'm off work. This is the 4th time I've drove over and they have cones out , closed early. Two of the times you can see some of the crew chillin in the office . Horrible customer service from a company that doesn't take care of it's repeat customers. I was signed up to be charged monthly for unlimited washes. They merged there system from the old Car Wash USA format and now my plan has disappeared. I am being told I can only purchase a more expensive monthly plan because they will no longer grandfather my old/cheaper plan. I have been trying to get in touch with them ever since I noticed that no charge appeared from Take 5 Car Wash. No one answers emails and when you call their customer service number, it just rings and sends you to a voicemail which no one ever calls you back. I use to love this car wash, but due to this, I tried the new Tidal Wave down the street, and WOW, what a great wash. They finally got back to me and showed me that my headlight was broken before the carwash, so I can't put that on them. However, I still can't understand why they didn't try to talk to me immediately after the incident because I genuinely thought their car wash broke my headlight, which seems to me like it would be a priority to get back to me about. I was so stressed about the event and made it quite clear, so the fact that they casually called me late the next day really didn't do anything to help. Headlight situation aside, I really don't appreciate what this carwash has done to my car over time, the truly horrible customer service, and the fact that I come out of the wash with dirt and streak marks all over the car these days. I really loved this franchise of car wash but I have had a lot of issues here in the past. The first issue is that I bought a membership last year, and then this year when I reenrolled I needed to get a new sticker and the old one wouldn't even come off with goo gone. Then the person who sold me my membership for 2021 didn't activate the new barcode, but he activated the old one. I have been playing phone tag with them for months trying to get this fixed but the manager who can fix it is never there. They don't reply to emails or return calls and you have to drive down there on a day when the manager is in, but he's never there. One trip to the Broomfield location and this issue was fixed. My car is always clean when I go through but I have to wait in line with everyone else instead of using my fast pass. read more

So bummed with this place! I have been to the Aurora location on Quincy, the Centennial location on Arapahoe and the Highlands Ranch location on Lincoln and those were never as bad as this place. Started off with the Express lane not registering my sticker and the arm blocking me. Took several scans by attendant to make it work and then I approached the entrance where the overly-tattooed guy working there was very lackadaisical and not very motivating. My front windshield was barely wiped off with his scrubber as it seemed below him to do a good job. One swipe on my rear windshield and the corners remained dirty. Sorry to make you work, dude. The wash was shorter than usual, and the mega-dryers didn't do any good but blow water around everywhere but off my car. Pulling out from the wash to properly dry off the water and use the Free Vacuum stalls was a nightmare as out of the dozen slots, only one was open. All the other ones were filled by people who didn't even utilize the wash!! Wouldn't be surprised if some of them brought rugs from home to vacuum, as that seemed to be the type who were at this place's Free Vacuums!! A female employee was strolling through the lot doing a poor job sweeping up trash that people left. My goodness. Having a job seems to be unappreciated anymore. I'm not bringing my business to this location if I can help it. read more

Asked the attendant prior to paying if my roof box is ok, I was told it was fine. Well they couldn't be more wrong. The car wash ripped it off the car tracks and all, the vehicle behind me in the wash was honking, I assume it hit them - so dangerous. What's worse is no one came to find me after the car wash. They just put the sky box on the side walk and went on sending more cars thru. I filed and incident report and was supposed to hear back in 48 hours. It's been weeks now and nothing. What's worse is my insurance has been trying to contact them and the number is disconnected (wonder why). read more

Had to go through THREE times to get the back clean. Absolutely ridiculous. The guy got cranky with me because I wanted it clean. The wash also left a pink soap residue all over the trim. We purchased a super car wash that did a pretty decent job of cleaning the car. Someone even gave the car a quick scrub before entering the full automated wash (not sure if it actually cleaned anything, but I can still appreciate the sentiment). The line wasn't too bad for a Saturday afternoon, we just had to wait a little bit to use the complimentary vacuum as half of them weren't being used to maintain social distance. They allow you to pay with cash or card, we only wish they had Apple Pay which would be really convenient for us. I also used the vending machine to purchase a web towel, but it ended up eating two of my dollars. Be careful if deciding to use it. read more

The car wash very noticeably scratched my rear window. I'm afraid to inspect it more and see what else it might have done. I don't have photos to prove that it happened here because I had no reason to take a photo of my unscratched car windows prior to the wash, but I am not the only one who has experienced this. I'm very disappointed and don't expect them to do anything about it. You'd think the car wash would be gentle on the cars and not make them worse than before they got there. I've been a member for 3 years and it's gone down hill in the past year. I've sent 3 messages to corporate over the past 6 months and I have yet to receive a call back. Half of the vacuum hoses don't work if they do work the suction doesn't pick up anything. The floor mat cleaner has been broken for months. And the air gages are broken. read more

They will damage your car, clearly documented on video, and not only did not respond to me at all for over 5 weeks, but once I finally tried calling from another phone on the 9th time leaving a VM, they told me the damage claim I made with the now fired manager, was denied. I have my fleet washed here. I paid for a year of service in advance. Hours have steadily decreased from 14 hours per day, down to just 9-5 now. Which would be fine if they communicated and honored those hours, but they adjusted hours weeks before updating any signage at the wash. They also randomly open and close whenever they want, not even meeting the new reduced 9-5 schedule - blaming Covid and maintenance (which they obviously have plenty of time to do during the closed hours). They opened just before noon today - almost 3 hours late. Additionally, as others mention, they are not maintaining the equipment - wash quality has been degraded over time and half the vacuums don't work. The ones that do work have poor suction. My sales rep also basically told me it wasn't his fault and took zero ownership for the problems, stating that others were very understanding of the erratic hours and poor quality. He needs to be retrained on how to deal with customers. Anyways - I've now become an Autowash customer, and will not be renewing any of my passes here. I advise anyone interested in a membership to run far, far away. It's just a scam at this point to take your money and provide little to no service. Sad, because that's not the way it was run when I signed up. read more
