Waterworks is an old school style car wash where you drive up to the front entrance, receive a service ticket from the friendly employee and leave your vehicle for them to drive it through the car wash for you. You then walk up to the front counter to pay and grab some snacks from the nearby convenience area. After walking to the exit and waiting for your vehicle to be towel dried one of the employees will call out that your vehicle is ready. Good service all around. read more

It is unclear what is included with what you purchase despite what you are told. The folks at the front probably need to coordinate with the people doing the cleaning. I was pleased with the interior cleaning but they didn't do the most basic of cleaning the outside of my vehicle. It included the "Exterior Supreme" but it was obvious no attention was paid as I had to point out several obvious areas that were missed. A gentleman approached me to tell me that I needed an orbital wax. It really had nothing to do with the most basic purpose of a car wash - to clean the outside. I have had cars all of my life and have never gotten an orbital wax. I think I will continue to survive without one and my car will get clean. $100 for 25 minutes of shoddy work with an explanation that I needed to spend more money. That is the messaging I received. I'm happy to have found a WaterWorks Car Wash here in Denver & this one was awesome! I went at noon on a weekday - it was busy but the employees really hustled to get cars in & out. Before arriving I went online to their website & signed up for a free cash wash. Note, you only have a limited time after signing up to use the coupon. When I arrived there was no wait time. I drove right up to the vacuum area where two employees vacuumed my car. Next it was put thru the car wash tunnel. By the time I got to the waiting area my car was out. Two employees wiped my car down inside & out & cleaned the windows, It was done in very little time. On top of being super fast, my car was thoroughly cleaned. I brought my vehicle in and left with the left speaker completely blown--something they tried to blame on a "connection issue," which makes no sense because that's clearly a hardware problem. On top of that, the detailing service was rushed and poorly done. Multiple areas were missed and it looked like they didn't take their time at all. Every time I come here I pay $50 for the deluxe and they do such a crap job. They barely Vaccum your car and there's been times where they don't wipe down your car down fully. I've opted to just getting the basic 20$ it's the same garbage job so why pay $30 more. The only reason so many people come here is bc it's the closest to the city that will hand dry your car for a reasonable price. They don't do a great job, mediocre at best. read more

This is convenient and by my house & I have been going there since they opened in the 90's. I usually buy the Black Friday deal every November and it lasts me all year. They have a nice waiting room with greeting cards and snacks & car accessories. You can also just stay in your car and ride through the car wash if you don't need the interior cleaned. Always bring a few dollars for the tip jar. Sometimes I forget & I double tip the next wash. You also get a FREE car wash on your birthday. read more

This place is inconsistent with their pricing and they always end up making me pay for more than I ask for. There should be a kiosk that asks you exactly what you want instead of an inconsistent individual standing outside writing whatever price they decide on that day. I don't know why I keep coming back here thinking it will change. It's always frustrating. I even complained this time but they still charged me $35 for a basic interior wipe down, vacuum, and mats - no exterior wash, no trunk. I've been here previously for the free car wash and was very impressed. So I returned for the happy hour detail special and was unfortunately disappointed. The vacuuming was not done thoroughly *see pics attached* when I arrived to pick up my car, I was checked out by a lovely gentleman and waited for my car for about 10 minutes, even though it was ready the entire time I was waiting. Transparently, it was closing time and folks want to go home, however why keep customers waiting? The car was decently clean, ultimately not worth the price, I could have vacuumed it on my own for free and just gotten a cheaper car wash. Not worth the $80 in my opinion. I have never gotten a car detailed or cleaned at all before and for my birthday I really wanted my car to feel clean and nice as a treat for myself. I payed $220 for their service, and upon first inspection I would say it looks pretty clean to my standards however, my fabric seats were soaking wet. They had put plastic down and warned me it was wet, and I assumed that is normal, however after 2 days, I'm learning this is not normal, and within 2 hours of picking up my vehicle a horrible smell of mildew has developed. I have had my car parked in the sun of dry colorado, and I live in an area where I can't keep my windows cracked. Everytime I get in the car it's extremely strong, I called and was told to call back another time when the manager is in. I'm really disappointed, I really hope they can fix this. I would say overall my car visually looks great, but i definitely wouldn't trust them with my car again. Just seems like the service was really rushed, I would have been happy to wait the efficient amount of time for my car to be dried. When I arrived for service they opened my passenger door and started vacuuming before I could even get out and it was my first time so I'm yelling over the sound of the vacuum asking where I'm supposed to go or if I should turn of the car and get out. I really wouldn't recommend this place but I really hope they can make this right. read more

We have come here since we moved to Baker 6 yearas ago. We have a lifted truck, which they have detailed several times but we have to tell them that it won't fit through the car wash (which we were instructed after our first visit to do). Today we were turned away. The manager this evening, said that he COULDN'T do it, even after we explained that they have for years. The employee even asked the manager, again if they could, when I said they had. I don't see a remodel, the bays are the same dimensions. They didn't want to do the work. It was 5pm. Maybe they were short staffed, but just ask us to come back another day or ask us to pay more. Either would have been understood and appreciated. Saying you are not physically able to do the work, when you can and you have, is upsetting and untrue. read more

I got $25 pro package wash . It was ok. Not bad not great( not 3, not 4 star, around 3.5) My car was pretty dirty. My complaint would be that the car was not dried well enough so while driving I got a lot of leaking water that messed up the wash . They're definitely in a hurry there. Great experience!! This was my first time going through this car wash and I'm very pleased with their service and work product. I paid $17 for an external automatic wash, internal dash cleaning, vacuuming, and post-wash wipe down. I waited all of 7 minutes for the whole process. What an amazing deal! Note: they don't have self service options but I didn't find this to be a problem as the options are affordable. Since this was my first time, I'm embarrassed to say I didn't tip but I will be sure to have some cash on me next time I return! read more

Great self serve car wash. The fact that you use a debit or credit card alone makes it awesome. I was in the bay for about 30 minutes thoroughly detailing my Jeep and the total was only $9.99! The bay also has a hose that has a blower attachment to dry your vehicle. The quality of the water and chemicals was great as well. The water was beading up on the Jeep by the time I was getting done. They also have a full serve touchless car wash which I plan on trying in the future. read more
