Long story short, the unit arrived and the box was somewhat damaged. I kept it in the box until this past weekend. My Son is very knowledgeable with Pressure washers and connections so we went at it. They suggested preventative maintenance which I was happy to approve because waiting until it's bad usually costs twice as much or more. I did not feel taken advantage of, they made me feel comfortable. After I picked my vehicle up, when I got closer to home the low tire warning light came on. My wife called Kari who gave suggestions.
