I placed my first order with them last week, without learning their return policy. my bad. I needed…read moreto return items and I learnt that there were no free returns like they advertised. below is the reply I got from whoever is at customer service - You already said in your first message you would not be shopping with us because of our return policy. Now you are saying you planned to shop with us but will not because of my "rude reply" ... you do not need to continue to tell us you will not be shopping with us, you can simply move on. We have enough customers that appreciate our service, support and accept our very logical/reasonable policies as a small business. So if someone does not agree with these policies it is much better for everyone if they shop elsewhere rather than continuing to go back and forth. Again, have a great weekend!

Oh my god! Where are the Negative Stars?'…read more I bought the AR 630 pressure washer revision #2 - updated version from 'THECLEANGARAGE.COM' website. Many attempts with questions through their website but only one return reply. Their command of the English language is quite laughable! Long story short, the unit arrived and the box was somewhat damaged. I kept it in the box until this past weekend. My Son is very knowledgeable with Pressure washers and connections so we went at it. Right out of the box, the unit leaked water from the body! On Monday, I emailed the Clean Garage.com. In turn, I was told that they do not accept any pressure washers back and that I must go to the Manufacturer for support. DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCT FROM THESE PEOPLE! RUDE, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and GRAMMAR ILLITERATE. It was like talking (typing) with a person that lived under a rock his whole existence. PLEASE HEED MY WARNING: If the Establishment has no Phone number (and these BOZO's have no contact number) RUN! Buyer Beware and please do your research. There are PLENTY of bad reviews for the Clowns.... PS: https://www.trustpilot.com/reviews/68e5762a80063e49ad0c428e

These guys are liers. We're referred to them for my diesel truck. Then they nickle and dime us to…read morebalances way above 20k when the machenic admitted he screwed up. They then charged us thousands ro pull parts off he put on then turned around and charged us to put onto a new motor due to him destroying the motor. Then after all said and done company was sold. They holding truck. Almost a year and half later truck still gone. This truck is very personal. We will be sueing them due to fraud and manipulation and lying. We have estimates thousands below what they said final balance. We had told them we weren't doing the part game and just replace motor. Which aka wasn't fully bad till the unlicensed diesel tech worked on it when I was told he was licensed. Also we have now called for months they have now taken 50k f49m our company. They'd only repair truck if we used it for company. Well truck is no longer register. Inspected nothing sue to over a year of them working on it. 3 weeks turned into 6 months and 6 months into a year and half. Now they say8nf we owe way more then original cost. Original repair had ir been done right would of been a few thousand which we had paid upfront. Now the sold out and holding our truck illigally. This truck is beyond personal it saved my sons life and we needed it operational. Now all of a sudden bumper doesn't fit back on which means the mechanic bent the front end removing or installing the engine. We have previous work done and proof they caused all damages and they won't admit it other then screwing a family that was in dire need and only had 1 truck and now year and half later still now truck. They also had us order 3 to 5k in parts and the tech sent all email links. Told us to just click on. Pay and order parts. We'll come to find out he was also wrong. The truck parts now can't be returned and we paid thousands for the parts then they blamed us after we showed emails and links and they then charged/upcharged us for the new right parts cause he told us wrong year so now we out thousands in none usable parts which was suppose to help us save now costed us $5,000 and they also charged time and labor to install, remove, transfer when we order exactly what we were told to. This situation has now crushed us emotionally and money wise let alone hurt our business financially and also required us to finance a truck due to the lies and manipulation. The truck ran fine other then bogging down. The mechanic said he had fixed this issue thousands of times and have it done in less then 2 weeks and we would go over $5,000 We went from $5,000 to $29,977 at one point then up to $34,897 then down to $19,897 when they admitted to damaging motor and messing up. Wr then got quoted $10,568 then 2 months later it went up to $19,788 then down to $15,800 then $10,568 now we can't f8nd anyone we had talked with. They fired everyone sold the company when we been cheated out of thousands and thousands and they think we made of millions and told them we couldn't do it part by part from the start and needed a professional solid answer to decide. But then they damaged the engine. Damaged framing for bumper reinstall and it was amazing how everything we'd show up truck had no progress period. Then find out parts 2 months later we're never installed due to technician giving wrong year 1998 instead of 1998.5 ram 2500 24v we are now without our truck. My wife is emotionally destroyed due to why we kept teuck and our son. We have called for 5 months with no response till 5/08/2024 to be told company has been sold. All agreements lost. All employees fired. No return calls for months now. Year half later no truck. More damage done then what was original. Body damaged now which will need to be bent out and fixed to pass inspection when truck originally passed before they touched it. Even the office staff members had said management screwed us and lied multiple times and used our situation dearly. Veteran family. On Social Security and d9nt work full time anymore I can't and we can't afford 30k for a truck only worth 12k but the sentimental of it is worthless and could never be paid out. We will be posting this everywhere including Facebook. BBB. PA attorney General. PA License Board.

General Manager Tom O'Donnell Canceled My Purchase After I Paid My $1K Deposit, Wired the Full $16K…read moreBalance, and Signed the Purchase Agreement! GM O'Donnell is holding the over $16K of my 21-year-old son's money he worked over four years saving, along with my $1K credit card deposit. O'Donnell's latest comment: "We will send a check in the mail for the (over $16,000) balance at our convenience." No. That money will be wired back to us the same way it was sent to Audi Allentown. I first worked with Tina, who sent me the Carfax and confirmed the vehicle had been sitting on the dealership's lot for four months. Because I was buying this three-year-old vehicle with nearly 100,000 miles, I wanted to do my due diligence. This wasn't just my money--my son had worked hard and saved for his first car purchase. I emailed Tina with several reasonable questions, including whether the car had undergone any previous pre-purchase inspections, whether the dealership had its own inspection report, and whether they could provide a cold-start video, underbody photos or video, and a complete walkaround. None of those questions were answered. Instead, Brad sent me a five-minute walkaround video that did not include a cold start, did not show underneath the vehicle, and did not address any of the questions I had asked. During that video, Brad also stated the vehicle came with a 3-month/3,000-mile powertrain warranty from the dealership. When I later received the purchase paperwork from General Manager Tom O'Donnell, the 3-month/3,000-mile powertrain warranty mentioned in the video was not included in the paperwork, which only added to my concerns. I also wanted an independent pre-purchase inspection, but despite multiple attempts, I could never get the dealership to coordinate one. That meant I was expected to buy an out-of-state vehicle for my son without the information or inspection I had requested. Communication throughout the process was consistently poor. At one point, I called looking for Tina, and the employee who answered told me, "There is no Tina here. You must have the wrong dealership." Despite all of those concerns, I still moved forward because my son really wanted the car. It was the exact color, make, model, and trim we had been searching for for months but could not find in our area. I should have used better judgment. Throughout the transaction, I never became more comfortable, my questions remained unanswered and an independent inspection was never coordinated. The day after I sent the wire transfer, I had to call the dealership four separate times just to get an update on my purchase. Eventually, I reached General Manager Tom O'Donnell, who told me the dealership had not yet received the wire. I explained my frustration with the poor communication and the fact that I had agreed to buy an out-of-state vehicle for my son based on a five-minute video without answers to my questions or an independent inspection. Rather than acknowledging those concerns or trying to work toward a solution, he canceled the transaction. Although we had signed the purchase agreement, I had paid the deposit, and I had wired the remaining balance the day before, GM Tom O'Donnell canceled the sale. When I called back hoping to resolve the situation, he told me there was "nothing else to talk about." He then said, "Once the wire clears, we will mail you a check at our convenience." I immediately placed a wire recall with my bank for the full balance and disputed the deposit with my credit card. After everything that had happened, I was left feeling that my business was not valued and that resolving my concerns was never a priority. I have never experienced anything like this. What should have been an exciting milestone for my son turned into days of uncertainty, phone calls, and trying to recover the money we had already committed to the purchase. I cannot recommend Audi Allentown based on how this transaction was handled by General Manager Tom O'Donnell.
