i came in to get a battery for something our technician was working on, robert that was working…read moreolder dark colored man with glasses was working on a car and made me open a bottle for him and i also picked his cane up when he dropped it, and i'm waiting for help and he just goes back to working on a car, finally he comes in and helps me when another customer pulls up that he obviously knew, he typed in the battery numbers wrong and told me they didn't have it so i walk over to the battery's and pick one up that's the exact same and was like what about this one and he said hold it up for me and then was getting frustrated with me because i held up the wrong side and then was like oh yeah yeah that will work, then told me how he typed it in wrong and so i'm paying with my technicians card because this is for work so i call him to ask for the pin and Mr robert starts telling me to hurry up and that he has customers waiting when there was one guy that walked in when i was there and they knew each other like yeah i'm working too, will never be coming back here unless i really have to terrible experience when a worker is barley able to help and is rude and telling you to hurry up when they are being slow!!!!!

The team invested and concluded that the tire was deformed, nothing wrong with the wheel. Since nothing had to be fixed, the team was kind and did the inspection free of charge. The wobbling did go away when I replaced the tires.

Today I had a tire that had been punctured and needed another tire, and once again they took very good care of me. One thing I have noticed about Omega Tires over the years is something you do not find everywhere. The moment a customer walks through the door, someone acknowledges them and says hello. You are not left standing there wondering whether anyone has noticed you or is going to help you. They make you feel welcome from the moment you come in. I don't know a great deal about cars, tires, or motor vehicles, but I do know when I am being treated respectfully and fairly. I have always felt that Omega Tires treats me honestly and fairly. I have never felt taken advantage of, and I have confidence that what I am being charged for is what I actually need. I have never been unhappy with any tire Omega Tires has sold me, and I have never felt that I overpaid. I have always felt that I received good value for my money. Eddie, the manager, is always so nice. I really cannot think of anything negative to say about him. He treats customers with respect and even makes a point of asking whether you are comfortable while you are waiting. When I left today, he said, We'll see you later. It's a small thing, but that kind of friendliness makes a difference. Flo, who works out in the garage area, is also very nice and treated me very well. Another thing I appreciate is that the wait is not long. Even when they have several customers, they do a very good job of getting people taken care of without making them wait unnecessarily.
