I've been going to get my oil changed here for years. However, I may have to find somewhere else…read morenow. The fact that their oil change tech, Sam, was more interested in calling it a day and going home than making sure my vehicle was taken care of property now has me scared that I'm going to have an oil issue, and Express Oil will deny responsibility. Sam almost had me drive out without doing an oil level check. He just put oil in My engine and almost had me drive out like that. No safety check. No inspection. No Oil Level check. $100 charge for lack of service attention to detail and making sure the job is done right, may now cost me thousands. I guess I'll find out in the next month. I'm keeping my receipt in case it does happen. I'm also going to download my dashcam video in case I need to make a claim.

Cheating the system by logging time AFTER starting svc to make look like shorter service completion time. The logged time showed 7 mins to completion. Does this happen at all locations? I can understand them not being able to pull records, switch warranty information without the actual receipt......all that is fine so I was told. The unfortunate part was it was late and I was treated with horrible customer service......tHe worst by a guy Donald that wasn't helpful at all. He basically said your battery is testing badly....I can tell it's fairly new, you are having issues wiith your vehicle starting and it's one of our batteries, but since you don't proof of purchase and you didn't buy it here.....I can't help you. Customer service was horrible and it was worst when I came in close to closing and it seemed as if I was bothering them. Joshua Stone, Service Advisor informed me there would be no problem and would take me in right away. The service department was very slow and 2 advisors were talking amongst themselves about football. They were going to take care of my rear tail light on my 2023 Ram truck that has 9000 miles which was not working. After 2 1/2 hours they did not even look at the truck. I then spoke to Joshua and asked why it was taking so long, I was the only person in the waiting room. He said they were trying to get the water out of the tail light and thought that would work. I decided to walk around the huge service building to see if I could see my truck getting worked on and it was still sitting in the parking lot. When I asked Joshua why he lied to me he said the mechanic lied to him. I told him to just get me a new rear tail light. He finally ordered it while I was there and I waited another 1 1/2 hours. I asked to have all the red warning lights cleared.There were 3 that came on, also to have my tires inflated to the proper levels. I paid and then left as I was pulling out of the driveway all my warning lights came back on. As I walked back in furious Tom Williams CX coordinator approached me quietly and pulled me aside and explained about all the problems they are having in the service department. Those problems included, hiring mechanics and training all service advisors. It is now 4:30 pm and Tom was shocked I was still there. He thought the repairs were done long before this time. I asked Tom to have the owner of the dealership call me. Being there for 4 1/2 hours I did a lot of walking around the sales lobby. I had 2 different conversations with 2 different sales people about what had happened to me in the service depart. Each sales person told me that the service department was a complete mess and one actually suggested I go to the Dodge Dealership in Hoover for my next repair. The whole process from test driving to signing of purchase contract was quick and very easy. All services connected to the car were set up by Austin and my car was detailed and ready to go by the time my contract was signed. Everything was done in a couple of hours. The dealership was very clean and organized, very professional sales staff, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will have no problems buying from this dealership again.
