I came in his space from the lounge so I was next to him. I asked him if he was talking to me or the mechanic.. he didn't turn and look at me. he didn't say hello. he didn't introduce himself. was awkward

He was extremely nice so that I thought he would be reasonable. However, after he installed the hitch that I bought from Autozone, he charged me $135. No wiring was needed. Specifically, it is for the labor costs of two staffs working for half an hour. And that's it. Chris also rejected me to use credit card because, as he claimed, the credit card company would charge him $20. As I insisted to pay with credit card, he started to say some dirty words and completely changed to another person. So my advise is to talk the price beforehand and don't be fooled by their nice outlook. Robin Chris, if you see this, you know who I am.

This was the only shop with some of the cheaper ones in stock so we came here. We were told the wait would be 2 hours which surprised me because they usually do tires fast because they want customers in and out quick, but seeing that we were already there we waited. During our wait, one of the techs apologized to another gentleman who had waited hours and hours for an oil change and inspection. He was given a free oil change and the oil change they did that day was free too (which I thought was really nice). We ended up waiting just under 4 hours and were never told the tire mounting was being delayed. We both ended up missing functions that night because of that and were severely disappointed. After 2 hours I was told they needed my tire key, which means they didn't look at the condition of my brakes until 2 hrs after my appt. time. 2 more hours go by and when I inquired about the status of my repair and how much longer. I was told they hadn't started any work because they needed my permission to begin, but no one ever came to the waiting area to ask for it !! There are no restrooms to use, no wifi, no water.... this place needs to close its doors!!
