Every time I have taken a vehicle in to them, they have correctly diagnosed and fixed the vehicle the first time. I really like the fact that they will notify me of what they find, and give me the approximate time it will take to get the vehicle finished. Normally, I sit and wait for my vehicle to be done because the employees here are so welcoming. I have sent many friends and family to Mastel Ford-Lincoln. I would like to start with Lori when you first walk in she will greet you every time. If I have to be at work in the morning and she makes sure I have a ride to work, could be a loaner or there personal shuttle service. I recommend the shuttle service it is clean and the driver is respectful. When I pick up my car it is all ready and Lori goes over the whole service and what was done and WHY. If my car needs more work then thought she will call me and inform me with what is needed with the parts and a total price. I feel it could not be better service. read more

Great place for service. No high pressure upsell. Mark, Lori and all the service techs are great. I have had both Ford and other brands serviced here with no issues. If you have a question they will show you what they are talking about and explain in detail. Coffee and wifi flow like water in the waiting area with comfortable seating and TV.
