I got married,…read morechanged my last name and for some unknown reason Toyota financial flagged it when I changed my last name on my title. They proceeded to contact Luv Toyota Bradford which caused a fiasco. Luv Toyota financial department thought they had put the incorrect last name on my title so SOMEONE in financial took it upon themselves to sign MY name on a legal document and send it with a check to the DMV and changed my last name back to my former name. Not once has Luv Toyota reached out to me to resolve this situation that THEY created. I'd give ZERO stars if I could.
