He's probably working on something. When I called he actually came across the street with his machine to read the error code then asked if I could drive over to his shop and he'd do a deeper diagnostic on it. Not sure what he did but after an hour he had it fixed. When I asked what I owed he said nothing. I'm just glad I was able to get you back on the road. What an amazing experience. God was truly watching over me.

The diagnosis showed a simple problem and it was fixed in less than an hour. But the next morning I could feel that there was still an issue. I explained what it was doing and I had him take it, and he found an issue that had not shown up the first day. That evening he brought it back better than before the first problem started. When we arrived to the car the next morning; since the insurnace company hadn't filed an insurance claim yet, so we had to wait until the next morning. The items were no longer in the car. A solid week of trying to get answers from Crawford's with no response, we heard back and were told that someone had probably jumped the fence andd they are not responsible. However their outside yard has razor wire along the top of the fencing. Kinda odd how things just vanish from their yard.

He and Amber called all over to help find a tire. Got my bike in and got me on the road. They were clearly very busy and had to make sacrifice to help me out but they did it. I have far less charitable thoughts about some of the other places in town. But these guys were great I was tired, in an unfamiliar place and in a bind.
