The other problem is it had been serviced less than an hour prior to fixing the tires by another place that did an over all check and never mentioned a problem in the struts. She went and had them checked over at another place and there is no problem. Get a second opinion even on your cars. Sounds like a company taking advantage of an older lady who trusted her mechanic, but not anymore. Beware of scammers in our own neighborhood.

If I could give zero stars I would but that is not an option. We took our vehicle to their service department for a 1 hour job that turned into a 3 day ordeal. This is AFTER we as the customers gathered all the parts that we had been instructed to by their service department because buying parts from the dealership is triple what you will pay for them from a GM certified warehouse. Long story short the service tech was incompetent, the job ended up costing more than double the original quote, and the job took 2 days longer than was quoted. By the end of the job a member of the service department called my husband several vulgar names and was beyond rude. We will be taking our business elsewhere and recommend others do too.

The giant neon price sign said $2.92 and the price at the pump was $3.02. 2. At 8am on a Sunday morning, the women's bathroom had debris on the floor and full trash receptacles...with a line of female travelers waiting to use the two stalls 3. No toilet paper in women's bathroom! 4. Unattended service counter with customers waiting. 5. A young women called from the back appeared to not have the decision making authority to take timely action on toilet paper shortage. Hopefully it will be better next time.

We love Tommy's express car wash!…read more We had gone to Tommy's car wash and one of their washers bent are passenger rearview mirror back. Talk to a manager about it. Great guy! And showed him what happened and he said that he wouldn't get it fixed and then we went today and the car wash did not push our rearview mirror back. Yay. There were a lot of cars today and the workers make sure that there was enough space between cars and did not feel rushed which I appreciate it. Grateful for Tommy's express managers assistance when needed. We've had to have some assistance in the past. Thank you for your hard work and thank you for listening to us. We appreciate it. Grateful that they're willing to come and talk with us when needed. and explain some things. i'm grateful that they have cameras to make sure how things go through the car wash. That is a very comforting thing to know that they have cameras throughout the car wash. We are grateful that they keep the hours that they keep because of my husband's work we've had to have our car washed several times during one day.
