After that the car AC stopped working and acting strange. Brought it back and was told to replace the entire AC system for another 5.5k. I was then referred to David Mai at Solo Motorsport by a relative. He tested it for a day. Found a coolant reservoir was bone dry. Cleaned it and filled it up. The AC is now blasting cold air just in time for the summer, and the strange noise was gone. All for $150. Thanks David. You got a customer for life. John

When I got my car back , the car was still overheating ! Took it back because they give a "3 year warranty" , and again , car overheating ! Found out from a friend it's overheating because of a radiator fan not working which he doesn't even work on Mercedes and he figured it out .. took it back to solo motor sports and he gave me a appraisal for $900 to change the fan when they should of saw the problem from the start ! I said no thanks , and went to go pick up my car and he said he felt bad for me and he would fix , When I went to go pick up my car they charged me $300 ? What warranty ? Car still overheating and fan radiator doesn't work ! Got cussed out because I was wanting an update on MY car that took 2 week to get back and nothing was fixed. Was made to feel like he's doing me a favor fixing it , and I shouldn't be calling for an update when I've spent so much money already . THEY SAY they "specialize" in foreign cars (Mercedes) , but all they gave me was gangster vibes and stole my money .I was nothing but respectful and trusting of them at first , who cusses out a customer because they just want an update and tell them to hold on and send me straight to voicemail . Now I have to go to a real shop to get this radiator fixed . It's all good GOD sees everything and Karma will get you .. you know who you are sir.

Good morning, I…read morewould like to file a complaint regarding my recent experience with my service advisor, Mike Ponder. Unfortunately, I received very poor customer service throughout the entire process. When I first brought my car in for repairs, I explained to Mike that I needed a loaner vehicle because I only have one source of transportation. He initially told me that would be fine and that he would take care of it. However, when I dropped my car off, he changed his story and became rude and loud during our conversation. During the time my vehicle was being serviced, I did not receive any phone calls or updates regarding the status of my car. I had to continuously check text messages myself and call the dealership to get updates. When I came to pick up my vehicle, I was not properly acknowledged by the service advisor. I was simply handed my keys and told my car was outside. There was no explanation of the repairs completed, no review of the paperwork, and no professional communication about the work done on my vehicle. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years, and I understand the importance of professionalism, communication, and respect. Customers deserve transparency and courtesy, especially when dealing with vehicle repairs and transportation concerns. I felt disrespected during this experience, and I do not appreciate being treated as though I do not understand vehicles or the repair process. I know right from wrong, and this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I hope this matter will be addressed appropriately so future customers are treated with professionalism and respect. Thank you for your email

I just purchased a new BMW from Nalley BMW. From start to finish it was a very easy and pleasant…read moreexperience. My initial inquiry was done via the internet. I found a vehicle on their website that I was interested in. On that note, their website was awesome. There were multiple pictures on the website and all the information I needed on the vehicle. Along with clear pricing for that specific vehicle. Super easy to navigate. I responded on the internet expressing my interest late one night. The next morning bright and early I had a response giving me information and asking if and when I would like to come test drive the vehicle. After a few email exchanges I asked about a drive out price and was given that before I ever got there. I went over with my husband to check out the vehicle. The sales manager, Jason Brown, came out to greet us and let us know he was there to help. Our sales advisor was Kernell Hunt and he is a rockstar. He's very calm and listens to you. He asked if we wanted to do the test drive alone or have him join us. We opted to go alone. Then came the monkey wrench. I went over to test drive a demo car with an amazing price on it. While walking around the lot I saw a car that I said would be the car I would really love. The price difference was hefty because it was a car with an executive and m sport package on it. My husband encouraged me to test drive it. To make a long story short, that is the car I ended up buying. But I couldn't decide that day which car I wanted to buy. Kernell said he understood. There was zero pressure. He told me when he would be at the dealership and just told me to let him know my decision. Super chill. But very helpful. I ended up buying the more expensive car that was not a demo. In spite of that they gave me an aggressive price on the car. The amount they offered me for my trade in was very fair. A few days after my purchase I went over to get some tips and guidance on my new car. The technology has changed great from my 2016 BMW that I traded in. Kernell spent time going over features with me. He did a great job. Then Bryan Albrecht, the BMW Genius came out and spent time with me making sure I knew all of the cool things the car could do. I would have spent hours watching videos to learn what he taught me in 30 minutes. I loved that he spent time just showing me things my car would do that I don't know if I would ever have figured out. Bryan was amazing and so patient as he showed me things. I would highly spending time with him if he is available. You will benefit from it greatly. It was a great experience. And as someone that recently helped my mother buy a car, that isn't always the case. Great job Nalley BWM. I will be back.

I came in with what I wanted and a check in hand. Cons: Thurman Blake and this stupid maintenance plan. I finished with Brandon rather late and it was time to go back to the finance department. I went by myself and felt like he tried to get over on me. The maintenance plan was $4200 for 2 years.. instantly when I got home I realized it was a mistake. I contacted Brandon and he passed the info on. Long story short, Thurman put in writing that he would cancel the plan.. he proceeded to say "it's not gonna change your monthly payment" as if I asked for some type of discount or couldn't afford it.. mind you, I didn't finance through BMW.. he kept telling me to sign my loan documents with my bank so that they could issue the refund after cashing the check.. needless to say, I called my bank and they had already cashed it. He's been full of it from the start. I went in today because he still hasn't issued the refund and he was acting confused like he didn't know why I was there.. keep in mind all of my calls and emails have gone unreturned. It's been two weeks. I advised that if there wasn't a resolution by Monday when, "accounting was there" I'd be contacting corporate. I love my vehicle but Nalley BMW's finance department is pretty trash.

I make the 50 min drive and was confused as to where to meet my sales rep. After asking around I ended up getting in my vehicle and driving to the building next to the building I was originally located. Anyhoo the sales guy asked me a series of questions. I came with $1000 deposit on the vehicle I saw online the vehicle was $6000. I was told I would be able to test drive the vehicle the sales guy tells me he's going to grab the keys. He was gone for at least 15-20 mins keep in mind he's in an office speaking with who he claims to be his manager and I can see them talking. He comes back and says I have to put at least $3000 down or I can look for another vehicle. Of course he says a newer vehicle which would be more expensive. I'm like dude I'm not trying to have a $500 dollar car note. I don't want to view other vehicles when I came for a specific vehicle. Then he goes back in the office smh then comes back and says that's all they can do. So either put half down on this vehicle or look at a more expensive one smh. He hasn't ran my credit doesn't know what I would qualify for but insists on looking at something else. He never even showed or let me test drive the vehicle I came to see. Needless to say I left. The whole experience was shady and weird. The sales guy keeps emailing me to come back and waste more time looking at vehicles that are similar to what I wanted. It is so many other dealerships out here selling cars. This is why your reviews are terrible. Not good business at all. I would not recommend this car dealership and I will not be returning here EVER!!! I will take my money and business elsewhere. I didn't get the opportunity to take pics or videos since I never left the building to look at or test drive the vehicle I wanted. So until next time SYOY!
