Disappointing and inconsistent diagnostic billing experience…read moreI brought my vehicle in for diagnosis of three concerns: a check-engine/catalytic-converter issue, an AWD binding problem, and a passenger-airbag warning. My biggest issue is not simply that separate systems may require separate testing, it is the complete inconsistency and lack of transparency surrounding what I would actually be charged. I was initially told the diagnostic cost would be approximately $649. Later, when I called to discuss the vehicle, I was told the charge would be $450, which sounded more reasonable. When I returned to the dealership, the amount went back up again. While I was there, an employee had to place calls on speakerphone to multiple people to determine whether I would be charged for two, three, or possibly four separate diagnostics. It did not appear that anyone could clearly explain the dealership's policy or how the final amount was calculated. It felt like the price was being decided on the spot rather than based on a consistent, documented process. I ultimately paid nearly $700 for the diagnostic work. For that amount, I expected a thorough report with detailed test results, scan codes, photographs, measurements, technician notes, labor breakdowns, and clear evidence supporting the recommended repairs. Instead, I received brief conclusions and repair estimates totaling more than $10,000, with very little supporting detail. For example, the report recommended starting with a $2,369 exhaust/pre-catalytic-converter repair, resetting the system, and then driving the vehicle to see whether the code returned. The airbag recommendation was a $450 zero-point reset, again followed by testing to see whether the code returned. The AWD concern resulted in a nearly $4,000 rear-differential estimate, but the report did not provide the level of technical documentation I would expect after paying for a separate drivetrain diagnosis. My concern is not that the vehicle needed repairs. It clearly did. My concern is that the diagnostic pricing was not clearly disclosed, changed multiple times, required several employees to determine, and was not supported by documentation matching the amount charged. Before authorizing diagnostic work here, I strongly recommend getting the exact total charge in writing, confirming how many separate diagnostic fees will be applied, and asking specifically what written test results and documentation will be provided afterward. Based on my experience, I will not return to this dealership for service.

Good morning, I…read morewould like to file a complaint regarding my recent experience with my service advisor, Mike Ponder. Unfortunately, I received very poor customer service throughout the entire process. When I first brought my car in for repairs, I explained to Mike that I needed a loaner vehicle because I only have one source of transportation. He initially told me that would be fine and that he would take care of it. However, when I dropped my car off, he changed his story and became rude and loud during our conversation. During the time my vehicle was being serviced, I did not receive any phone calls or updates regarding the status of my car. I had to continuously check text messages myself and call the dealership to get updates. When I came to pick up my vehicle, I was not properly acknowledged by the service advisor. I was simply handed my keys and told my car was outside. There was no explanation of the repairs completed, no review of the paperwork, and no professional communication about the work done on my vehicle. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years, and I understand the importance of professionalism, communication, and respect. Customers deserve transparency and courtesy, especially when dealing with vehicle repairs and transportation concerns. I felt disrespected during this experience, and I do not appreciate being treated as though I do not understand vehicles or the repair process. I know right from wrong, and this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I hope this matter will be addressed appropriately so future customers are treated with professionalism and respect. Thank you for your email

Excellent and quick no nonsense service. I walked in got the deal done! I had to order my new car and they worked it all out with my trade in. My new car was ready in 4 weeks! I am so appreciative of this dealership and the excellent service!! The dealership is very clean & everyone has a smile on their face! It is conveniently located next to restaurants and some retail shopping if you need to wait for a bit.

I found a vehicle on their website that I was interested in. On that note, their website was awesome. There were multiple pictures on the website and all the information I needed on the vehicle. Along with clear pricing for that specific vehicle. Super easy to navigate. I responded on the internet expressing my interest late one night. The next morning bright and early I had a response giving me information and asking if and when I would like to come test drive the vehicle. After a few email exchanges I asked about a drive out price and was given that before I ever got there. I went over with my husband to check out the vehicle. The sales manager, Jason Brown, came out to greet us and let us know he was there to help. Our sales advisor was Kernell Hunt and he is a rockstar. He's very calm and listens to you. He asked if we wanted to do the test drive alone or have him join us. We opted to go alone. Then came the monkey wrench. I went over to test drive a demo car with an amazing price on it. While walking around the lot I saw a car that I said would be the car I would really love. The price difference was hefty because it was a car with an executive and m sport package on it. My husband encouraged me to test drive it. To make a long story short, that is the car I ended up buying. But I couldn't decide that day which car I wanted to buy. Kernell said he understood. There was zero pressure. He told me when he would be at the dealership and just told me to let him know my decision. Super chill. But very helpful. I ended up buying the more expensive car that was not a demo. In spite of that they gave me an aggressive price on the car. The amount they offered me for my trade in was very fair. A few days after my purchase I went over to get some tips and guidance on my new car. The technology has changed great from my 2016 BMW that I traded in. Kernell spent time going over features with me. He did a great job. Then Bryan Albrecht, the BMW Genius came out and spent time with me making sure I knew all of the cool things the car could do. I would have spent hours watching videos to learn what he taught me in 30 minutes. I loved that he spent time just showing me things my car would do that I don't know if I would ever have figured out. Bryan was amazing and so patient as he showed me things. I would highly spending time with him if he is available. You will benefit from it greatly. It was a great experience. And as someone that recently helped my mother buy a car, that isn't always the case. Great job Nalley BWM. I will be back.

Nothing against her, because she was amazing but one person can only wait on so many people at a time which caused delays. The oil change and battery fix took around two hours. Since that's a large repair, we wanted to review the itemized estimate before deciding what to do. When we first walked in, the employee at the counter ignored us for a while. That's understandable if someone is busy, but the interaction became very rude as things went on. We were told the estimate had been texted to us, but the messages had actually been sent to the wrong phone number. When we asked if the estimate could be printed so we could review it, she said no and told us we would have to call tomorrow to have the number updated. When I asked why it couldn't be printed, she said she had already left the checkout screen. While we were still there, we saw her print something and asked again if the estimate could be printed or emailed. She refused again and told us to call back tomorrow since she wouldn't be there. When my partner offered to give his email so the estimate could be sent, she refused to write it down and said "because I don't want to." When I asked for her name, she ignored the question and instead yelled across the shop to employees, "Get the GMC Terrain out NOW." We weren't asking for anything unreasonable--just a copy of the estimate so we could review a $1,900 repair. Unfortunately the customer service during this visit was extremely disappointing.
