Turns out they owed me 50¢. This store lacks the hype and the glitz you'll find at other major auto parts stores. But their people will make sure you get what you need.

The staff are friendly and the service manager is always upfront and honest about pricing and any difficulties they may encounter while servicing a vehicle. I had an AC issue that ultimately required two return trips to get it right. Ultimately, they had to replace parts with genuine only (which costs more). I asked how much I owed and they thanked me for being a customer and apologized it took two return trips and didn't charge me the difference. I'm a customer for life as long as they keep running this place so well.
