I asked them to replace a tire and not plug it- they plugged it anyway and told me it was ready. I had to call, verify it was plugged and not changed, then get in touch again with Allen (a difficult process). Now I have the car at home and after replacing the battery it is showing low again. This is either from not actually replacing it or not resetting it. I strongly recommend you make the drive to Cincy to get your MB serviced based on my experience. I will never return.

I bought the next part and I checked when I got it home and wondered why it still wasn't working after paying nearly $800 for parts and labor, the whole mechanism was cracked and the part that I paid for wasn't even there!!! They take a week in a half to do it and really only felt like they started it the day they said I could pick it up because once they "finished" it and told me to come get it there was another problem that they would have to keep for the weekend. They ended up fixing that for free. The light turns on again 4 days later on the same tank of gas I got it back in so I bring it back and the very nice kid working told me they brought it to the other shop that does teslas and other modifications. He was confused about why German Motors themselves didn't do it. So he clears it and says it will be free if it turns back on. About 3 days later it turns on again and I bring it back the next day. This time they finally take my insurance for a loaner car. And then they send me another estimate of 2k worth of different stuff not related to the first problem. They brought it somewhere where it shouldn't have been worked on and are now making me pay for there mistakes.

Winter break last year my catalytic converter was stolen from my jeep. Horrible sound when you started it up the works. I called around to all the shops and ultimately shorts was the only one willing to help and work with me. I took it in and they told me that's what it was and got me set up with someone from another shop who could help me since they didn't have the machine that I needed to fix my car. They told me exactly what I needed not to be scammed and they were the only people to say sorry to me this entire experience.
